WORST COMPANY TO RENT FROM!!! Not a Renter, but a homeowner living beside one of their rentals. I have had to call and email multiple times to have their fence repaired since it backs up into my own fenced yard. The renters dogs were even able to bite my dog through my chain link fence since their wooden fence was missing a board. This is a worthless company who has no regards for anything (or anybody) but money apparently. I see that MOST people get approved with Progress! We did too...but then we didn't! I am curious if this has happened to anyone else. I first called to ask what credit company they use. The lady said Equifax..this is wrong it is through Experian.. I had asked about an eviction I had on my record from 3 years ago, she said "oh that wont be a problem we look at everything as a whole. Run!!!!!! Don’t rent from them they are not good company, they I’ve charge you for things you don’t even know about, they don’t understand there is a pandemic I got sick and was behind rent went to social service for help told them what was going on they didn’t seem to care, because social service was going take 6 weeks to get help they didn’t want to hear it, plus they horrible on communication they don’t return your call it respond to your email m, got an eviction notice been trying to get a hold of somebody after the evic... read more

The highlights of how bad this company is. 1) they will lie and cheat you - they will not honor signed contracts, they will attempt to change them and tell you owe them more money. - they will make you pay when they make a mistake. - they will claim damage on move out to keep your deposit. Run from this company. They're scamming people. We have paid our rent on time yet they're still saying we're late on payment and just received an eviction notice. They're out of their fucking minds, were in a pandemic for God sake. They have done us dirty, they have listed this house for rent too. This is absolutely absurd. We have 4 kids, this is just flat out wrong to uproot a family like this for no fucking reason. Whoever the owner is should stop this immediately. We have done nothing!!!!! i live next door to a property owned by them - They do not care about anything as long as they get a check. The yard is being overrun by dead plants, weeds, and very large ant beds. The last tenant had the cops over quite a few times. his dog tried to attack my lawn guy - mgt company did NOTHING. Have been a renter almost 3 years in the same home, first year was fine. This last 6 months, my payments are "not arriving" causing me to have late fees and now a derogatory mark. Have called them more than 5 times in the last week trying to figure out where my payments are, but no one seems to have any idea what is going on and I am not getting any answers. Will not come fix things, wont respond to emergency calls(flooding, garage door not closing, air going out) but demands payment in full!! Charges you even after your lease ends for days not even residing in home advancr bills you on water garbage at whatever rate they want
