Customer service is trash as soon as you give them a little harsh criticism they hang up on you over the phone. Im allergic to bees and i have a bee problem and they refused to help
I would give less than one star if I could. I wish I would have never signed with them, but now I'm stuck with them for the next 18 months. There were red flags from the very start, but I really didn't have any other options. First they did not get me a lease in time and then nobody would answer the phones. Horrible customer service, I applied for a home and paid the application fees, we were approved. I tried calling, and emailing to confirm we had the property and pay the rent, security etc. After finally reaching some one after 2 weeks and being on hold for and hour and twenty minutes I was told they cancelled our application and rented the home to someone else. This company does not take care of their customers/residents they do not care nor do they communicate about property issues.
If you have any other options, go there. As others have expressed, communication is horrible. Don't expect a timely answer on anything and you'll get a different answer anytime you call. They also jack up the price of your lease in unreasonable amounts each year, even if you've been a good renter. Oh, and don't expect any of their online forms to work. They want you to submit service requests, and notice to vacate, online but the forms don't work. The only thing that works online is the payment tool.
This management company charged me to repaint the whole house after I transferred to another property. They basically took all of my security deposit to pay for minor holes in the walls that I patched up before moving out. Every year they have went up in rent over $150 at renewal time. In my new place the walls need painting bad because they are 2 different colors and I have asked them several times, but they denied it due to COVID-19 (I guess). Today was the day the straw finally broke the camel's back. We have been in this home since 2019 and never missed a payment, or have been late. They have only had to come out to our home for much-needed repairs, for example when we found a hole in the front window two days after moving in, shower pipes bursting and flooding our home months later, and the sewage water that would back up into the shower and bathtubs, which has become a constant problem, but we deal with it on our own. PLEASE DO NOT RENT ANY HOUSE FROM THIS COMPANY. They are cheats. My entire Security Deposit ($1100) is eaten up. Over and above this, they have imposed charges of $1092 ($125 Interior cleaning Ozone treatment, $450 for deep cleaning, $500 for painting, $450 Diswasher damages to name a few). The list is endless. The house that given to me was not even mopped, and they are charging me for ozone treatment! Pity! This is this rudest company I’ve ever dealt with. We were denied a lease on a $2000 house even though my husband makes over $9000 a month at his new job.. Our credit is screwed because when the government shut the country down because of covid my husband got laid off and took a minimum wage job just to pay our rent and keep our 2 year old fed so we fell behind on our car payment which I explained to the very rude leasing lady.
