This company was terrible From communication to price gauging. They did not want to do a walk together at end because of covid Then proceeded to eat away at my deposit including 450 dollars for vlesming after I had house professional cleaned. The absolute worst management Company I have ever dealt with! Right when COVID hit I was furloughed and began getting water bills for $400 and sewerage bills for $500 this was on going for about 10 to 11 months!! We had multiple plumbers come by and no one could figure out what the problem was. They assured me they would modify the ledger to just pay $100 for both water and sewerage. I have tried many times to speak with the agent in the Charlotte area and left 3 messages since Friday. I have yet to hear from the agent in the Charlotte NC office. Seems like a scam to me if no one can return a simple phone call.
This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. The homes are unsafe! My house was infested with mold for months!!
Our house was filthy with urine on the walls, dog hair, black shower floor, unswept and never mopped before we moved in. We were lied to about the condition of the house in mid-March 2020 at the height of covid-19. absolutely horrible company who took weeks to reply with leasing documents and info and asked for it to be returned in under 12 hours or else we'd forgo our lease and deposit before signing. No one answers customer service, no one replies to emails, they acre about money and not about tenants.
Progress Residential Nightmare Nov 13: Received email from Miguel, new renewal. I emailed immediately back explaining this situation: Every year I must go through this. My house, 54 Ashby Drive Clayton, NC is on a slab and is the exact same size ON THE OUTSIDE as the others in the neighborhood. HOWEVER, it is considerably smaller on the inside. They closed my account prematurely, several weeks before my lease was up, with my bank account information still attached and no way to access it for payments. Therefore, my roommate and I were double charged rent and they couldn't do anything about it. Worst of all, I emailed them weeks prior asking for my banking info to be removed in fear of this happening. No one called or emailed back or helped. They are incredibly rude and customer service is severely lacking.
Brianna H. - Progress Residential in Georgia is horrible, terrible, and undesirable when looking to rent a house or anything else. They emailed me a move in date of 03/05/21, and changed it by phone to 03/08/21 which is totally unacceptable. I have given my townhouse a notice, changed my utilities, and paid the moving company. This has been a very distasteful experience! For one, everytime I have called I always have to wait 15 minutes plus before someone answer the phone! Secondly, being mislead and lied to is so heartless when it's such hard times right now! If I knew they really only based everything off of credit I would not have waisted my time and applied! I am building up my credit and it's no where I desire it to be!
