Incredibly disrespectful and rude. Would not listen and continued to talk over me. Would not allow me to speak with anyone or a supervisor. Did not hold up their end for the lease terms.

This review covers the "other half" of Progress Residential Property Manager; the purchasing of a home. Progress used a local (Tucker) realtor to contact us with an offer to buy at our listed price without looking at the home. One of the stipulations of the contract was that we vacate the home 24 hours prior to closing. They sent a representative out for an inspection and he was quite thorough. please stay away from this company. we aplply for a house with them they trun us down . so we ask our daughter. apply reapplyed turn second time . so i called the screening company. they told me hey didnt see a problem with out credit so the screening said i hst deal with progress i feel like this is discrimination cause my daughter is already approved so this really dont make any sence

What else can I say other than I regret renting a house from these people. They over charge, they hassled us over everything from rent being due that day to remodeling the house before we left. To top it off 2 months after moving out of that damn place they are refusing to mail our security deposit check. 2700$ they are holding and their getting away with it it's crazy how these companies are still operating.

This company is taking people‘s money and Charlotte North Carolina. I applied for one of their homes and paid $250 holding fee and $100 application fee and then $35 for using my credit card. They denied us and didn’t tell us why. then I saw several houses that I was looking at that had pending applications and then they were back on the market. Then I saw a pending applications again for the same for properties that I was interested in be taken off the market and then put back on so they are scamming people out of their mone... read more

As a tenant that has stayed in these homes for over a year, I am highly disappointed in their service. Especially now during the holiday season and during the covid pandemic. This is getting out of hand. Let me start by when we moved in. When we moved in the A/C did not work properly, the sink leaked in the kitchen, and the dishwasher was not installed. I have been renting from Progress Residential for almost a year and have had nothing but problems and headaches. There has been a bunch of issues with the home and they are so slow to move and barely want to fix anything. I have had mold for months and they downplay it and there has been so many no shows from their vendors. They were told about me getting sick from it. These people don't care about their properties and will neglect them after the lease is signed. I have lived next door to one of their rental homes for many years and they go months during the summer without doing the yardwork and in Texas, that's not good. No maintenance whatsoever to the outside if the house. Roof full of pine needles. The only sign of attention will come in between tenants when they clean up to attract new renters. I paid Rent Progress $500.00 for an application fee and included in it a$250.00 to hold the house that I was interested in renting in Coral Springs. I submitted the application along with the fees and then once I was approved I submitted all the HOA paperwork along with $850.00 in fees.
