Horrible customer service. Took them over 2 month to get back to me. Fixed a job, I requested and did a shoddy job at that. The service team was rude and super slow. Just don't know how they conduct business in this matter.
I live in a community with Progress Residential homes. I am a long time resident of Forest Pointe Community in Antioch. The two homes that are rented by Progress are not up to the our community standards. Lawns are not mowed regularly, One home has 10 people living in it. Against codes, they leave toys, lawn mower and children unattended. We have called codes on them several times. Homes are not monitored, unpainted deck. It's awful to leave next to this mess.
This property management company has no respect for its tenants. They send outside Vendors to your property for repairs that have no respect for your personal property, your time, and your safety. This property company sends Vendors to your property that are unprepared in terms of Protective Protective Equipment and the necessary clothing to enter your home. Backyard is flooding and they respond by cutting 3-5 inches off the bottom of my fence instead of putting a simple drain in. They also did not tell me when they were coming and I woke up to my dogs freaking out surrounding this worker in my backyard. Flooding still continues and now my dogs can get into the neighbors backyards and they will not fix THEIR mistake. Terrible company and will never be back.

Progress home is nice, my move in was smooth for the most part. The maintenance crew is subpar. They will mark your service orders as complete, but that's not true. They say they call to come out by text, which is not true. They say they call, but not true. The customer service rep I had today could care less. At one point, she hung up on me rather than putting a Supervisor on the phone about the lies regarding the service order. The maintenance aspect hurts this agency.

This company needs to be put out of business, they refuse to refund peoples security deposits despite having email proof that their company made an error. They lie about charges for utilities and I would love to see someone do an audit on the "pass through" utility charges they bill for. We rented from them for 3 years and the move out experience was a nightmare and still isn't resolved. Have been waiting for my window to be fixed a year and a half. They keep sending handymen they get of Craigslist and Angie list for a contractor job. I have been complaining for a year and a half and always some excuse. I have mold in my home and can’t use half the kitchen and our la pantry. We have to wipe the kitchen multiple times a day. Due to a quick turnaround requirement on a work relocation, my husband and I ended up having to rent sight unseen, so we looked at property management companies to increase the odds of having a good experience. Scam artists at their best! Need a class action lawsuit for taking advantage of renters! Elected officials should be held accountable for allowing this company to take advantage of renters in their city/state! Tenants are trapped in a problematic home and a deceptive contract (paper trap)! There is definitely a problem w/ product delivery and customer service! BEWARE of these crooks, liars and thieves making a profit from refusing to give refunds! This A+ rating from BBB is a scam! Not a good company yo do business with....
