As I told Precilla, it is a shame that you cannot clear someone who does not have there actual SS card in hand after being told twice calling in before I applied that a Passport should be sufficient since that is acceptable for the Real Id as well as Homeland security, I would of never wasted my time applying and paying your fees. It takes 14 days to have a new one mailed to me, but I would of thought working 22 years at a company that is the biggest airline in the world, who is paying several thousand dollars to move me the... read more

I get approved to move in on the 21st of the month, scheduled to move in on the 1st. I live nearby and I drive by this house almost every single day and nothing is done until the first of August. They call me and tell me that it's not ready and I can move in the following day. That should have been my red flag. One day two make a house move in ready?... Okay. If you don't care about losing your hard earn money then this is the place for you. They make their money off your deposits and any extra fees they will try to charge you. I've rented with Progress for two years. Within the two years I transferred properties no sweat. It's when I decided to no longer rent with them I "accrued" fees. I called in late September to discuss the terms of my lease and my decision to move with someone in the office. Oh! DONT RENT WITH PROGRESS. I wish I could give less stars. If you want a company that will manipulate you to take ALL of your deposit, this is the one. Our house was professionally cleaned top to bottom. Gave 60 day notice that we would be doing month to month. Once in month to month, we would be able to give a 30 day notice to vacate. We gave them 35 days. According to them, when I told them the actual date as to when we would vacate, we were in our previous term. I've tried for a month to resolve an issue with my local office and they seem incapable of returning calls and if I manage to get one of them on the phone they lie and say they know nothing about what I'm talking about. Richard M***** responds to these posts, but it's only the initial response then he "sends information to the local office" which continues to not return calls. This company is TERRIBLE. I honestly can't put into words how awful they are to deal with. They don't return calls, they don't follow through on any of their responsibilities and when you do talk to someone they are extremely rude. Avoid avoid avoid!!

I have had the worst experience with this company. Things that are meant to be fixed are done poorly, if at all. When having an issue with your account etc, and need it to be handled in a timely manner and/or need a supervisor or manager....I hope you have patience and extra $ because it takes weeks and multiple phone calls and voice messages before anyone responds just to tell you they have to leave another message with someone else etc etc. I’ve been passed around between so many people. They suck! No customer service! I will update after i move out, but rent elsewhere! Be smart, dont ignore all the one star ratings. You should also ask where and why so many positive reviews popped up recently! They called me asking what they could do, after my post hit 100 views. Nothing. Thats all they will do. They will raise your rent, they will hord your deposit.
