Professional scammers they will take your money! They had me pay application fees and $500 up front. I was told from there rep that I can get my $500 back if I decide not to move forward. I was approvedthe next day and was told all kind of extra fees. I told them I did not want to move forward and they said I will not be able to get my money back. I gave them a total of $685.00. They are misleading and will take your money.

Worst company and worst customer service. My husband and I had made a payment arrangement for August rent. We called progress on 8/19 to pay the rest of the bill. When we called we were told we couldn’t pay with our bank account or debt card, they stated we have to mail in either a check or a money order. The agent we spoke with didn’t inform us that the funds had to be sent via overnight shipment. So, we sent the money order regular mail. We received a letter that our funds are being sent back and an eviction is being proce... read more

This company is the worst!!!!!!!!! I applied for a home in which I had to pay $50 application plus $30 credit card fee, or I could’ve paid thru my checking account for free, plus $500 security holding fee. I was denied because they said they couldn’t verify my information. I received an email on August 26, 2019 stating I was denied and would receive my $500 holding fee refund within 3-10 business days if I paid with card or 30 day via mail if I paid using banking account info. 10 days later no refund to my card so I started ... read more

If you can contact me at richm@progressresidential.com with your full name and email address, I can begin to look into this situation at once and ensure that you receive your holding fee back as soon as possible. We have had a rough summer. Our eldest son got married, my wife needed cataract surgery in both eyes, and had to quit her job due to the recovery process. We were two weeks late on our payment. We called to inform Progress Residential, and our names had already be sent to collections and we had been removed from the client portal as residents. The collection department was incredibly rude. We were forced to pay an large fee for being late, including the legal fees to stop the eviction process, and then pay nearly $45.00 to w... read more

If I could give them no stars I would. I have rented a home with them for 3 years. I decided to stay in the home an additional year before purchasing a home until I received notice that they intended to increase the rent by $140.00. I spoke with them and attempted to negotiate the price. When they refused to reach an agreement with me I rendered my 60 day notice advising that I planned to vacate the property at the end of my lease. Now here’s where it gets interesting. Due to them requiring you to pay lights and water to the... read more

The company is a horrible entity to rent from and I can't understand how they are still in business. The customer service reps are incompetent and don't know the law, the managers never call you back when matters are urgent. The company discriminates against service connected disabled veterans and African American families. The entire experience with Progress Residential has caused my family undue hardship and distress.

If I could give negative starts I would. Ive been living in one of there houses in Seminole county for almost 2 years now. I was trying to pay my rent online last month and it wouldn't let me log in for some reason. I left messages and emails to my property manager with no response. Finally almost a week later I got a hold of April who informs me that she is my new property manager? She stated that the reason I could not pay my rent was because they had already filed an eviction against me! I was shocked to hear this because... read more

This company is an absolute joke to rent from. Their terrible customer service started with the leasing process and has continued to be the worst customer service imaginable for a company that is handling your living accommodations. After paying deposits and all required money, they all but went radio silent on us. I had to call several employees and managers to get them to send a copy of our lease agreement to sign so we could move in. I should have know then there would be ongoing issues. The day we moved into our rental h... read more
