Two years ago I had an accident and hit my head pretty bad, I still get constant migraines even over a year after, I had an operation 7months back. I took out a loan of $15,000 for the operation and money for bed rest after that. I wasn’t working due to how sick I was and I had no one to assist me. My credit got bad due to the massive loan I took out and wasn’t able to clear. They cleared the debt in about 17days and raised my credit in about 9days to an 820. I quickly got approved for another loan. So I can take care of my health till I am in a condition to work. While doing work in the field for Progress I’ve had the privilege of meeting CJ Heron, Jackson and Tracy. These guys are always quick to answer a email or phone call at anytime. Super nice guys and always out there if any problems arise. They definitely have helped me on several occasions.

Recently went through Progress Residential Dallas to lease a home after relocating from the Houston area. Had the pleasure of meeting Jordan Crowe-Ware for the walk through/inspection process. Jordan was more than helpful in explaining the process and answering any questions that I had. I was there at office the lady welcome me and have questions about my move out bill Randi come out she help me alot and til make it sure fixing my issue so nice to me. When i leave the place they make me feel like a family and make me so happy. I love this place and thank you for Randi^^

I had a stressful morning needed clarifacation about some mail I received .. Edward Perez took the call when I tell you his voice and demeanor is all of what made me somewhat relaxed.. He was very patient with me.... Came off caring about his job and the residents... Also Akeiwa Doyle Heaven sent.... I can always count on her to reply to my concerns and she’s “VERY” professional make sure I understand before ending conversations .. Trust I have put the W in work for her with my 100’s of questions lol.. I worry a lot about things and it’s good to have someone not acting bothered when you reach them ..

I was on a short 15 day transition period between the move out from the other residents and my move in. Kristen Smith in the local office helped in keeping me updated on repairs, etc. trying to keep it on target for my move in date. It got down to the day before I needed to be out of my place and Melissa Russell at the corporate office was fantastic pushing things through and calling me and answering when I called. Synove Aune in the local office was great in helping me get my utilities straighten out and answering questions. All the move-in issues were taken care of within a few days of move-in. If I had to say anything negative about my experience with Progress Residential and reason for 4 starts vs 5 stars was not understanding how they could replace a section of tiles in a large entry way with a totally different tile. The difference was as extreme as black would be to white. The bathroom had the same difference of tiles replaced; however, were at least closer to the same color. Not sure why the entire tile wasn't replaced in the front.
