Our move in was hassle free for the most part, a little miscommunication on our orientation date but Christopher Sullivan made the process much better and has provided us with great commutation. Also, Ashley, I can’t remember her last name, she’s our agent and has been phenomenal throughout our process as well.
Well I will say this much, I wasn't happy with this company but it's not everyone's fault. It is the people who answer the emails that don't channel it to the right direction or person, however today I got a awesome phone call from Katy Quigg. She was very helpful and very professional. Although this company really doesn't pay commission at least she explained the process to me and that they do pay a small amount of commission if it's listed in MLS . Went with progress In 2019-2020 had a great experience always came when I needed them never gave me a hard time with ANYTHING at all. Since I had a great first experience i decided to rent again with progress now I’m in a bigger beautiful home that I love so much ... the process was very fast had me moved in my home with in a few days after my application and every one that helped me and was very friendly! April Hughes was the best! She was very detailed and made sure we didn't have any questions/concerns. I loved how when she inspected the home it was not up to par, so she sent maintenance back in to make it right! Top notch!
I had defaulted on my account. I had tons of crazy charge-offs , and also I had a foreclosure on my house. The thought of it every night hurt my head. And each of this hurt my credit score badly it was at 450 and when I contacted Experian even with my loan cleared it could hurt my account for up to a decade, this got me scared.
