My family and I just want to say thank you to Telanda Henderson and the rest of the Progress Residential team for having assisted us in our leasing process. We relocated from California to the Fort Worth area and needed to have our house ready by 11/1/2022. The team made it possible and we had our house ready as scheduled. Let me start off by saying this It’s been nothing but a nightmare with Progress however Jasmine Ruvalcaba completely turned that around. I won’t go too much into details just know that she has the passion for helping others. I questioned progress integrity for the longest. Customer service is not a job it’s an attitude she’s truly gifted. Jasmine keep up the good work! Thanks 😊 (There was absolutely no resolution for 5 months the moment I spoke with her I started receiving calls/emails to resolve my issues)

Our move in was hassle free for the most part, a little miscommunication on our orientation date but Christopher Sullivan made the process much better and has provided us with great commutation. Also, Ashley, I can’t remember her last name, she’s our agent and has been phenomenal throughout our process as well.

Well I will say this much, I wasn't happy with this company but it's not everyone's fault. It is the people who answer the emails that don't channel it to the right direction or person, however today I got a awesome phone call from Katy Quigg. She was very helpful and very professional. Although this company really doesn't pay commission at least she explained the process to me and that they do pay a small amount of commission if it's listed in MLS . They don't pay very much at all if any but you know what it's in the best ... read more

Progress Residential has Donya Northcutt and wow she is making the difference in service. She is been behind my rental in Flower Mound Texas making sure some fixes and renovations get done by professionals and certified crew. She is really attentive and care about customer service.
