Went with progress In 2019-2020 had a great experience always came when I needed them never gave me a hard time with ANYTHING at all. Since I had a great first experience i decided to rent again with progress now I’m in a bigger beautiful home that I love so much ... the process was very fast had me moved in my home with in a few days after my application and every one that helped me and was very friendly! I had defaulted on my account. I had tons of crazy charge-offs , and also I had a foreclosure on my house. The thought of it every night hurt my head. And each of this hurt my credit score badly it was at 450 and when I contacted Experian even with my loan cleared it could hurt my account for up to a decade, this got me scared. Two years ago I had an accident and hit my head pretty bad, I still get constant migraines even over a year after, I had an operation 7months back. While doing work in the field for Progress I’ve had the privilege of meeting CJ Heron, Jackson and Tracy. These guys are always quick to answer a email or phone call at anytime. Super nice guys and always out there if any problems arise. They definitely have helped me on several occasions.
Recently went through Progress Residential Dallas to lease a home after relocating from the Houston area. Had the pleasure of meeting Jordan Crowe-Ware for the walk through/inspection process. Jordan was more than helpful in explaining the process and answering any questions that I had.
