We have a air conditioner that quit working two days ago in the ******* heat. Weve heard two days of well have someone call you to schedule and upon looking at their website for our service they have all been cancelled. Its a strange occurrence that this is happening to us after giving them our 60 day notice to not renew. I would not recommend this company.

Horrible, I moved in 4/15/2022 put in a request for maintenance on 4/18/2022 regarding the Pool Screens. I followed the policy of Inspection and reporting maintenance issues within **************************************************** because the repairs were never completed. The technician came out , started the repairs said that he would return to complete the repairs and never returned, (his name was *****). "We began moving into a Progress Residential home at ****************************************************************, that was advertised as "Move In Ready" on Dec. 2, 2022. On Dec. 24, during sub-freezing temperatures, the main breaker tripped and continued to trip if we tried to use our heat. The service status was upgraded to emergency on Dec. 25. Scammed us out of our holding fee money. I cant get a refund by cancelling my application. We saw the ****** reviews were good and trusted the company. We later found the true reviews and decided it would be best for us not to work with this company. We can only get a refund if we e are denied our application. Its a $300 holding fee, thats too much money to just let go because otherwise we would. Do not work with this company

This company is the worst thing I have experienced and has caused me so much emotional distress trying to rent a home. My partner and I applied for a home and got approved. We paid the $300 (2 applications and a deposit). It wasnt until past the viewing date did the contact me regarding they no longer manage the property and I can cancel the application (and not get my fees back) or they can help me. I had break my lease May 2022. I submitted termination of lease and received multiple emails confirming my move out date and my final utility bill. Fast forward to October 2022, I receive the very first communication from progress stating Im being evicted and owe $20000. I called and emailed at least 15 times the same information proving I moved out and they were aware. I did not receive a response until today April 2023 stating the residence was occupied and now I owe until Jan 2023 which is $26,800. I moved to an entirely ... read more

I have water coming into my house from the windows and they say that it is in perfect working condition can someone from the BBB actually investigate there is real concerns in this company please look into them

Absolutely horrible company. 4 to 5 websites they shuffle you around through until completely confused. About the same amount of telephone numbers as will. They disconnect you after you have been on hold for 19 minutes. Their customer care does not get back to you. You will get an automated response only. I am asking for all my money back. I see several class action lawsuits against this company. I will see if I fit into one of those.

I just recently moved into a Progress Residential home this past January. When signing the lease for this property, I saw that the house I selected was edible for up to $1000 off first month's rent if the lease is signed before January 31st. Of course, I was going to take advantage of that opportunity and signed before the promotion end-date.
