I was a tenant a couple of years ago and then out of nowhere I find out I owe them thousands of dollars from when I never lived there. Absolutely unacceptable and shady business practices. Two years and not a peep until I go to apply for another apartment and now I'm basically screwed out of living ANYWHERE. Not worth your time and CERTAINLY not worth your money.

I do not recommend, if you are a government voucher holder. Unless you truly enjoy going back and forth with someone.

Absolutely horrible, treated my mother like her and her family meant nothing. Constantly pushed our move in date back, and let me add, we were completely aware that the date possibly could be pushed back. Almost 2 months of pushing it back is absolutely absurd though! We kept getting closer and closer to when we were suppose to be out of our previous home, we let it go until we literally had a week to be out. How can this company have A+ with 450+ customer reviews at ****/******... This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I didn't even rent from them, they took over our lease from another company and it has been a nightmare. They took over with a month of us moving out and i let them know. They are trying to charge us insufficient notice fees. They charged us twice for final utilities and late fees that should never have been charge. Calling them is an all day event. Submitted an application for a rental Anns they denied me said the credit score was too low. I asked for proof they sent a lease recommendation report since not score was under 400 when I know that wasnt true. So I asked for more proof they sent an advisory letter stating it was over 600. In the advisor letter it says it was due to high debt out collections. When the only debt I have is student loans which is technically close to being paid only 24k left. Worst experience Ive ever had with a leasing company. Paid my security and 2 months advance in rent for a move in date of the 19th. Once I paid the money, ***** sent me an email at 5:26pm the night before coincidentally saying the property was experiencing some issues and the move in date had to be pushed back. Told me I could call back the next day (Thursday 20th of April) to talk to her colleagues since she had the day off. Application cancelled twice by PR after Deposit Received with no response back!This by far has been the worst experience my wife and I have encountered when trying to find somewhere to stay. All i can really say is that this company has earned its review. This is honestly an absolute shame and evil in nature. This company will take advantage of you any time you make contact with them. They have double charged us for trash, water comes through the front and back door any time it rains, and when i moved into the place, i didnt have a functioning lock on the back door when i moved in for about 2 or 3 weeks and lastly, any time im on the phone with any of their workers, could not care any less about my issue, they s... read more

I'm currently struggling to contact them about anything, we were told we had to move out due to an issue with our lease, which we're not disputing, but they have refused to contact us since then even through email. I've only received automated responses, and they never seem to have any records when we manage to call them and reach someone which is rare.
