Someone please do something about Progress. It has been a horrible experience from the very beginning. The house was an absolute disaster when we moved in. I mean disgusting. We asked them to At least paint and they did not. It takes an act of Congress to get them out for repairs and every year rent is raised. I understand that but 150 extra a month is ridiculous. We sent emails of several comparable properties and after weeks of sitting on it they declined lowering our rent increase. Several of my church members have had to... read more

When I originally moved in I supplied my leasing consultant with all of my move in documents including my rental insurance policy. The leasing consultant told me everything was good to go and got my keys to move in. Look at my account and they have been charging me for something that I already have. When I reached out to progress residential they told me it was nothing they could do. The account manager was rude Maria was rude and would not let me talk. Also they are not following the law do to the pandemic they are still ch... read more

I applied to a home which I paid $250 to have taken off of the market. Instead of taking the property off the market as soon as i 9finished my application the same home was listed on the website for $50 more than the asking price. I was never contacted to additional information but instead received an email stating the information I submitted was not complete. Clearly a scam they did refund my $250 nut charge me a $50 application fee and a $35 credit card processing fee. Basically taking $85 dollars from me. I submitted my a... read more

Will not respond after incorrect charges , have talked to multiple workers who say that they cant do anything and I have to wait until they bill me to send an appeal instead of fixing charges now , husband is in military and I sent multiple emails confirming the paperwork was in order and they said it was fine , but they still charged me ? Now when I call no one can help because they are not in charge of accounts and you cant speak with anyone in accounting , they will no longer answer my calls they started answering and han... read more

Progress Residential required me to use a third-party service by the name of Conn Services(third-party provider between landlord and utility company-all utilities are listed in the name of the landlord) to handle my utilities. Conn Services sent a bill in July for June and the amount was drastically higher than ever before. Upon review of this bill Progress Residential was contacted and informed me I needed to speak with Conn Services. I spoke with Conn Services who stated in fact that their reading was off and there needed ... read more

I live in Mesa, Arizona. Today, my husband and I received an eviction notice - one day after the federal moratorium expired. It advises that we are to pay back rent and fees or quit the premises within FIVE days. Read that again. F-I-V-E. First: federally, you are required to provide a 30 day notice before filing for eviction after the moratorium expires. Second: Ducey extended the state of Arizona moratorium until October 31st. Third: guy who is serving the paperwork sits outside my house in a white $100,000.00 Tesla. Must ... read more

We have not had a great experience with this company’s process for maintenance orders. It has been terrible. We put in a request 3 months ago regarding rats crawling in the wall of the home we’re renting. We put in another maintenance request stating the closet that leads to the attic had an awful smell coming from it. No one reached out to us and the company closed the ticket order we created. Again we started to hear some kind of animal crawling in the walls. My husband went in the attic to check himself because no one cal... read more

I have lived in my home for a little over a year. We have had a mouse problem from the beginning. They have sent out pest control and we thought the problem was resolved until last month when a rodent died underneath or behind our tub. We called and pest was sent out but we had to pay out of pocket because no one could come for another three days and the smell was unbearable. The pest control people were unable to reach or find the rodent but the flies let them know there was a dead carcass. We called to have the tub removed... read more
