This is the worst property management company I’ve ever worked with. My friend as a landlord using them even things they’re horrible. I’ve put in service requests they are not getting handled. My drinkable water supply is shut off from my fridge and they don’t think that an emergency so they’re not coming out. I moved out of my property after renting from Progress Residential LLC for two years.... I had to pay an ( estimate) for utilities for the last month which resulted in an overpayment of a few hundred dollars... My security deposit was 1780 dollars and prior to moving out I was sent a checklist of what to do to get deposit back. I went upon and beyond everything on their checklist and professionally paid to have carpets clean and paid and spent 3 weeks detailing the home which was spotless . I have water leeks that have caused damage to my ceiling and walls. I also do not have a/c in an upstairs bedroom. These issues have NOT been resolved. I have a contractor come out and put a band aid on water leek. This did not resolve the issue. Had a guy come out and say that we needed to change air filter for the a/c. That didn't work. So now my son has to use two fans just to try to stay cool. I have emailed this company multiple times because they say thats the best way to contact them. Still waiting. THE WORST RENTAL COMPANY!!! They do not care about their customers AT ALL!! They are ONLY focused on making a buck!!! Any swindle they can do to charge you, they do it!! The houses are NOT cleaned before move in, but the REQUIRE you to have them professionally cleaned on move out!! My rental was filthy! It had not been lived in for years and the grime throughout the house was disgusting! I have had 4 foundation leaks that flooded my kitchen every time. We had a RAT infestation, and a ANT infestation. I emailed, called and got NO return phone call. Do not rent from this company. Once they get your money they do not care about ant issues you have,they will give you excuse after excuse, rather than answers. I might be starting a class action lawsuit,let me know if you are interested in joining.

Please do not rent from the company! There unprofessional and unorganized. After weeks of being strung along about the availability of the home I was approved for they told me it wasn’t going to be available. They charged me a second application fee and holding and yet to take if of my ledger. The home we are currently in has had maintenance issue after maintenance issue. DO NOT RENT from this company. Straight trash. If negative stars were a possibility, there wouldn’t be enough negative stars to rate them. My family and I have been dealing with a garbage HVAC unit since we moved in 4 1/2 years ago. 10+ trouble calls on said unit. Same part replaced 2 different times that has an average replacement cost of $1000 dollars. Part keeps failing. If I could leave zero stars then I would. This is by FAR the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I've been renting with them for over four years. I have NEVER missed a payment. My water went out at my property FOUR DAYS AGO and they still HAVE NOT repaired it. How insane is that? They have left a great, longtime tenant's entire family sit in a home without running water for 4 days!!! I've called 17 times. I obtained a lawyer.
