not very knowledgable about products
I was informed by email on 7/29/13 that my item had shipped and was supplied with a FedEx tracking number. I accessed this tracking number and saw the seller had notified FedEx the item was ready for pickup at 12:21 on the 7/29/13. That is all the notation that exists for my item. It was originally scheduled for delivery on 8/2/13 and on that date the only thing that had changed was the scheduled date had changed from 8/2/13 to N/A. I have had nothing but problems with this company, they have terrible customer service!!! Their products don't work as well. Your better off waiting or going somewhere else.
YOU WANT ME TO RATE YOUR SERVICE,WHEN I HAVENT RECEIVED MY ORDER.I ORDER FROM 2 OTHER COMPANIES AND HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED MY ORDERS.................................
The part that I ordered was not in stock and they said that it would take at least 3 weeks to get to me. I attempted to change the order to a more expensive version of the part and have not received confirmation in over 48 hours. I am still not sure what is going on with my order.
If you value your time do not buy from this company. The customer service department is non existent
TOOK FIVE HOURS TO GET TECH HELP ANSWER BY EMAIL. THEN IT WAS WRONG
Very disappointed the halos are super dim I received the wrong harness and that harness was missing peices overall cheap assemble not happy at all
Sent me an email saying my item has been delivered, with tracking number via usps :) Next day i get an email saying its on back order :( Why send me the first email saying its been delivered if you dont even have it, mediocre. Not sure if im going to get it or whats going on, ive never used these people before. i work for a living so by the time i have a chance to call these people customer service is closed
