I ordered headlights and the LED strip flickered....so I bought a canceller ...didnt fit so I returned them ...they say HID compatible but theres a HUGE STICKER THAT SAYS NO HID ...ummm?!?!!!! I called atleast 10 times and none of my calls were returned NOR did they respond to my emails Besides the price everything was horrible and i will never come back to this site nor will i ever recommend anyone to purchase products from them. Was sent the wrong headlights that I ordered and purchased, have yet to hear back from the company in regards to this issue.
Pro tuning lab is the worst company I have even purchased from They did not tell me my order was back ordered for a month before I paid It took another month to deliver and when I had the hid headlights installed the warning canceler on my driver side headlight blew up literally and the hid kit on the other side doesent even work so now not only have I wasted time and money on shop labor but I had to buy new parts because giving me an exchange is too difficult because I live in Canada I still dont have all the parts I need a... read more
Still not receive product. They didn't bother to notify me the product I order was out of stock untill I asked for status then they said item backorder for 2 weeks.....
Missing items and unable to speak to someone to see where my item is or when it will be sent out .
The HID headlights I purchased is not new. It is defective and sold as new. They have not responded to my calls or emails. Buyer beware!!!!! I will not buy from here ever again. Many reviews like mine......should have listened.
BOTH SET OF LIGHTS I ORDERED ARE ON BACK ORDER, AFTER THEY WERE LISTED AS IN STOCK ON WEBSITE, WAS INFORMED IT MAY TAKE UP TO MONTH OR MORE BEFORE THEY ARE IN STOCK A WEEK AFTER ORDER WAS PLACED. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME DEALING WITH THEM. NEED THE PARTS, NOT EXCUSES!!!
Directions were not very clear. The adjustments for aiming are terrible and in a terrible location. There's nothing to hold the light housing from shaking while driving down the road. No clue what the warning canceler does and would have liked them to be a 4 on high do the hids never shutoff and cool down
Got my HID kit it was used broken bulbs broken connectors never use this place again RIP OFF
