Chef and restaurateur Marcus Paslay (Clay Pigeon, Piattello Italian Kitchen, Walloon's) brings a from-scratch sensibility and distinct culinary vision to the Stockyards’ Mule Alley development with Provender Hall. Its name a hat-tip to the area’s cattle-centric history, Provender Hall offers Paslay’s luscious take on American comfort food, with a playful menu spanning grilled trout to chicken gumbo to steak frites. Salads and sides such as crispy okra, braised greens and cheddar-cheese grits are also on offer.

Good bartenders, nice drinks but sooooo overpriced ! What the heck is up with so many places in the stockyards charging nyc rates? Found out that there are 7 different places owned by the same guy so guess he figured he can just charge like crazy. He's got the right idea, they're gorgeous places but so not worth the money!!!
The place had a really nice atmosphere and the great cocktails were really good. The chicken fried steak and Service was really good too.
The fried okra appetizer was delicious! I was here with a group of six adults. Everyone enjoyed their food. Very good service and a lovely meal. Also, frozen Paloma hit the spot on a hot day. Yum!
Highly recommend! This is a must eat when you're in Ft Worth. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. We were in town for a girls trip and decided on provender hall before a night out at the stockyards. For our meal, we got the shrimp and grits (highly recommend) with the largest, plumpest shrimp you've ever seen. We also got a skillet cornbread (also recommend) and the steak frites (recommend). Everything was delicious. For the non-pregnant members of our group, they also got oysters, which looked very fresh a... read more
Beautiful interior. Great seat next to the window looking out on the street. The meat for the burger was the best I've had in a long time. The serving of French fries was enough for me and my entire herd. Lorena was a really good server.
We spent a weekend in Fort Worth for our 20th anniversary and chose Provender Hall for lunch. The atmosphere is great & overlooks Exchange Street in the Stockyards (which makes for great people watching.) When seated, our waitress immediately brought us celebratory bubbles. She was exceptional & the food was even better! I had the Steak Frites. The chimichurri sauce was fresh & the fries dipped in homemade ranch dressing were to die for. My husband had the smoked Turkey club and it didn't disappoint either. We will be back o... read more
We came here for lunch while we were staying in Fort Worth. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and service at the bar was fantastic. We got the deviled eggs, chopped beef sandwich and cheeseburger and everything was excellent (especially the cheeseburger... omg). Wish I took pictures but I was too busy stuffing my face. Would for sure come back here.
Small menu, but good options. Steak frites were delicious and the corn bread was very warm and soft. Servers + waiter were super sweet and in a great mood!
Food was excellent, the Steak Frites was exceptional, steak perfectly cooked , fries rocked. Had the fried green tomatoes, awesome as well. My wife had the Wedge, looked good. Server was just OK.
