Chef and restaurateur Marcus Paslay (Clay Pigeon, Piattello Italian Kitchen, Walloon's) brings a from-scratch sensibility and distinct culinary vision to the Stockyards’ Mule Alley development with Provender Hall. Its name a hat-tip to the area’s cattle-centric history, Provender Hall offers Paslay’s luscious take on American comfort food, with a playful menu spanning grilled trout to chicken gumbo to steak frites. Salads and sides such as crispy okra, braised greens and cheddar-cheese grits are also on offer.

Oh my goodness... their fried okra. I could die for it every day!!!!!! Also their gumbo is delicious with an ice cold beer. Cant go wrong to stop in here while visiting the stockyards!
Service was amazing, food was fantastic, and the location could not have been more convenient. Definitely a good place to pop in for a quick and delicious bite after the cattle walk
Do you want a bougie, instagramable, delectable restaurant to go to and take a break from the honkey west 7th vibe? Provender Hall is your destination. Oysters!!!! Their Oysters are the stuff of legends. And their burger is cravable. They even have the option to wrap it up in a lettuce bun if you're doing keto. The drink menu is expansive and the wait staff is super attentive. It was really busy when I went there and the waitress came by many times over making sure we were good and providing recommendations. She was the one ... read more
My husband and I stopped in for a quick snack. It was a little off hours so it was wonderfully quiet, until a party of about 12 came in. The restaurant has a cool setting, food and service (Marissa) was great...but the noise ..so so loud. No curtains or flooring and this place is like a warehouse type restaurant. If you want a nice quiet quaint dinner skip it or come on off hours and hope for the Best! The ONLY REASON I gave it at 4 star is because of the noise.
Stopped in here for a drink after having brunch down the street. Great atmosphere...can't speak on the food even though it looked good as well but I just stopped in for a drink and had to head off for a wedding. Would love to check out for drinks and food next time I find myself in Fort Worth though! Bartenders here are great and very friendly!
We loved visiting Provender Hall twice during our visits to the Stockyards - once for a quick drink (paloma, delicious) and then the next night for a wonderful dinner upstairs. The neatest part about the bar is you can get a to-go cup, you can take it anywhere on the cobblestones. We had a wonderful dinner with our team on our last night in town. We started with oysters, fried green tomatoes, and deviled eggs and more. For my meal, I had the steak frites, but I asked him to sub out okra for the frites and he did! It was so... read more
Wasn't completely sold on the hype with this place. The service is good, but the food was just ok for what I was expecting.
Food was good. Good service nice and clean. The grilled romaine salad was amazing. I added chicken to mine. Oysters were very good as well Go for happy hour good specials.
10/10 on the service, oysters and banana pudding. The best banana pudding we've ever had and paired it with their local coffee and it was beyond delicious!! We also had their burger and shrimp and grits for dinner which were also good but didn't blow us away. The venison tartar is so unique and my boyfriend loved it.
