Disappointed I was so excited for this product. I was organizing shelves in my basement, and the first time I used it, I ran out of tape. It was not as easy as I anticipated to use. The tape is expensive and a hassle to keep buying. I wish I had saved my money.

Hard to read screen Learning to use this was super simple and the labels I made with it look good. The problem is that the screen is not backlit and is hard to see in the day and IMPOSSIBLE to see at night or in the dark. I thought I could deal, but it's 9-months later and I've finally had it. I'm gonna take this thing in the yard and go all Office Space on it. But before I do, I'm going to buy a new one with a screen I can read.

Life span of 2 months only!! Purchased on March 31st and though it is a great little machine now it’s not fully charging even after leaving it plugged for 24h so it prints about 10 short labels and says “battery empty”. DO NOT BUY IT UNLESS YOU’LL USE FOR JUST TWO MONTS bc of course the return window is closed after 30 days.

Cant read display, tape very small. The display is almost impossible to see. Even turned up all the way. I bought this to try and help my mom. Her hand shakes terribly, making it hard to write anything. I thought this would help. It only made things worse. Even I have a hard time seeing the display. I bought the power cord to save money on batteries... the tape is only 1/4inch, which is extremely small, making it impossible for her to remove the backing from the tape. Overall, it was a waste of money. I've definitely learned... read more
