Unavoidable ONE INCH left margin. I am flabbergasted by the stellar reviews on this abomination. Asany people also highlighted on several reviews, this prints with an horrendous, unavoidable left margin of 1inch. When printing with this, you NEED a pair of scissors to trim the left margin. I would have expected this on a similar product in 1910, but I think it would be right about time Brother gets their acts straight with this abhorrent line of products.
Disappointed My PTS210, did not come with a power cord.
Don't do it. I wish I could give this no stars. The one time I didn't read the reviews and I really should have. It's all true. This thing is trash and falsely advertised. It comes with absolutely nothing but sample tape. Scam.
Don't Do it When I bought it, I put 6 brand new AAA batteries in it and it did nothing, so I had to buy the cord that for it because it was to much like right for one to come with it. Once I got the cord and use the labeler it worked fine. I went to use it a second time a few months later and I keep getting a "battery empty" once trying to print. Changes the batteries and tried it again, and got Nothing.. what a waste of $35.
Broke down after 5 months I used this label maker lightly over a period of 5 months. It will no longer feed the tape through. I have tried all the trouble shooting tips on Brother's website and the problem persists. I have only ever used the recommended TZe tape. I definitely would not recommend buying this model.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR $s Label maker simply stopped working after a couple of months. Customer Service is non existent. Very frustrating :)
This product is very complicated to figure out. It wastes too much of my time trying to do something simple. I"ve used it twice thinking it would get easier and I feel as though I'm starting from scratch each time. Now I can't return it.
as whole design I'm stuck with this because I don't have time to fool around looking for a label maker that does it's job perfectly. The official but pricey labels I buy from brother holds up well against outdoor weather and it gets the job done. For that, it doesn't get one star. Very unhappy I’m so dismayed and unhappy with this product. I can hardly believe in this day and age an old respectable company such as Brother would allow for such a blatant display of corporate greed!!! Dear Brother, if you are reading this, know that you have shaken my trust in your company by setting up this printer to waste half an inch of tape on each end of every label!
