This item is not worth it DO NOT BUY !!! I put the batteries in and it still didn’t come on it does not work
Doesn't even work. Not once. Well I bought this with the intention for business use. Turns out that it doesn't work. At all. They have a AC adapted spot for which they don't even send you....luckily I have one in my home. Well it will not power on via the port and only works with batteries (fine I guess). But when I go to print anything at all it just powers off completely, once I power it back on it's right where I left off but won't do the one function it was designed for. Power cord not included should be highlighted. This is the second one I got, because the power cord was missing on the first one. Apparently I have to buy the power cord separately. I’m sure I did not see the warning sign that says power cord sold separately that when I bought it. Very Frustrating.
It wastes tapes. Buy the matching adaptor. About the tapes. It looks like the waste is primarily from the feed/dispense design, and the location of the printhead. You can't fix that. You can minimize it with chain printing. But who does that? Some of it is wasted even before printing begins. Get the matching pwr. adaptor.
I should have listened to the other reviewers... I regretted buying this the second I opened the package but then I assumed it would be too late to return it after I opened up everything. This label maker wastes soooo much tape and I know there are ways you can make it to it doesn’t print so much but I don’t use it frequently enough to remember, it’s not that intuitive and I don’t want to have to google an instruction video every time I go to use this thing in order to figure out how to cut down on tape usage. Can't Read display The display of this item is ridiculous unless you have night vision. It's too dim to read even in bright light. I adjusted the contrast per the enclosed instructions but it still didn't bright enough to see. I am immediately returning.

No power cord, AAA batteries LOL What a joke, don't tell anyone there's NO POWER CORD and uses only AAA battery's, LOL what a joke SENT BACK FOR FULL REFUND, they can trap someone else into being screwed over having to buy continuous AAA battery's after every 3rd use LOL. SENT IT BACK, got the DYMO instead
Not happy with is product‼️ I have to return it cause when I tried to used an adapter to turn it on it would not turn on and I tried three different adapters that I use in my home
