Disappointed Item sold with NO POWER CORD VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! This item arrives with NO power adapter. Ridiculous and the brochure that comes with it indicates that the adapter is listed at twice the cost of the printer...why would ANYONE sell a devise without th ability to power it???

Don’t waste your money Like so many other reviewers said this label maker wastes so much label that it is not worth having. Also the fact that it requires SIX batteries is ridiculous. Look elsewhere for a good product.
Sent broken one Doesn’t work at all! Have to return. Bought another at target!! Tried new batteries twice! Grrrr
This model does not come with carrying case as advertised So far this works ok. Yes, it wastes tape, but every version does, so that's not a deal breaker for me. The reason I'm only giving this 2 stars is because I chose this model because it specifically says it comes with a carrying case, but it didn't. Will probably end up sending this back due to false advertising.
There is not a power cord There is not a power cord. No batteries. The printed instructions are extremely small. And there is no lights to light up screen. Do no buy.
Seemed like a good idea at first! The only positive about this is that it was portable but other than that I wouldn't recommend it. Needs constant replacing of the tape. Even when the tape is printed, it's printed in the center so you have to cut off the excess tape so it's just a waste.
Delivery was on time! It's ok. A lot of wasted tape. The margins are too wide on the initial cut. So about an inch is wasted every time I print something new. The handheld label makers are a lot better.
