1.0 out of 5 stars Bluetooth does not connect Bluetooth does not connect. Tested with the computer and with two mobile Android phones: the same behavior - it connects for a brief second, then disconnects. Reset settings, reset to factory settings, nothing worked. Obviously, no quality control.
The Brother P-Touch Label Maker machine This looks like an excellent machine for making a variety of labels, different sizes, etc. I don't want to say that it is not a good machine because it looks as though it is. My problem that I have is that I can't figure out how to use it; in other words, the instructions are too complicated for me to understand. However they might not confuse someone younger than I.

User interface awful First off there is a bit of label tape you are required to cut and waste at EVERY label you make (see first pic) of about 1/". Maybe it's a lemon but my label maker locks up and becomes unresponsive until you remove a battery to get it going again. The Bluetooth connection fails and after having this about a week I've yet to get it to work pairing with either iphone11 or pixel 6 pro. Not durable by any means This product messed up before I got to use it. The tape was installed and just never worked. Incredibly disappointing
Not working on battery power. Doesn’t turn on with battery power alone. Started misbehaving just after return window closed.
Too complicated and won't take cartridges for the previous model... worthless Totally worthless... WAY too complicated and it won't use my previous TZ tapes from my older Brother model. I guess I could use it for a door stop
