Worst service the “quick lane” is terrible they are so unorganized! They tell you to set up an appointment to be quicker nope! I set up an appointment to have my oil change and ac checked got here @ 7:30 am and left at 12pm with no oil change! My ac now doesn’t work! And have to come back Monday!!!! I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to this place!! Horrible horrible service!
sell cars. repair cars. I would question the Wisdom of *endorsing* certain incumbents as though you're some sort of celebrity... as the owner of 3 Ford products, you wont get a glance on the next one.
Well first reason is when i bought my used F350 Dually it had a check engine light on. When i asked the salesman he took it back to service and came back and said it was because the DEF was empty and it would reset itself after a few miles. That did not happen so i took it back and they cleared the code but it came back on. At this point i took it somewhere else and they told me the code reasons and it wasn't empty DEF. Terrible dealership from sales to service! Do not go there!
I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT HIGHLY!!!Just as I can put in a complaint I can say when the retailer has corrected any misunderstanding. The Service Mgr. Jesse Suniga contacted me and assured me that his department would take care of any problems that I have with my truck. And they went above and beyond to help with a part that was on back order. Mr. Suniga we appreciate your quick response and we will be glad to work with you and your mechanics again.
Unfortunately, Mccombs has really disappointed me. I purchased a new 2017 Ford Fusion from McCombs and have started having issues with the battery draining overnight for no reason. Its something that happens sporadically so it happens sometimes day to day and sometimes it may go a week without occurring. I made it clear to the sales rep. if you can't get the deal done don't waste my time bringing me in. I went in with no deal.
Last time I took my truck for a filter and oil change, filter wasn't changed. My recommendation is mark your filters because management backs their techs, not the customer. Very disappointed, I trusted them 100%.
Modern day Bait and Switch. This is what happened to me at Red McCombs Ford. Here’s how they do it. They send you an email from your sales guy (I’ve leased three vehicles from them and my sales rep is Phillip Cohen), saying that as a customer in good standing you’re eligible for an Early Lease Trade-in.
