Just had a phone conversation with the GM Shaun Barry and wow just shocked on the treatment I have endured all day from him and his team. I have purchased 5 cars through the Red McCombs family and was currently in the process of trading in my BMW for a Ford Raptor. They have lost my business for good. After 2 chances I will not becoming back. It seems as no one checks the online appt scheduling, phone calls and or voicemails. When you confront the staff they get upset even though they know if to be true. I am told that the William in service dept never ordered the part for my vehicle a recalled item from Ford. Thus never getting an appt for install. In the end Earnesto did his best trying to make it right but the customer service is subpar you will get excuse after excuse.

On June 28th 2019, I went in to meet with Angel Balderas to view a couple of trucks. We found a used Dodge Ram with low miles that looked great. Angel assured me that the truck had been cleaned and inspected for any mechanical errors. The buying process was a bit long but overall a good experience. Then my experience with Red McCombs completely changed. In the less than two weeks that I’ve owned the truck multiple things have gone wrong with it. I don’t recommend red mc combs ford west to no one Bad customer service I took my car in On Wednesday because I have an appointment well now it’s Friday and still they can’t find out what’s wrong with my car I thought they had professional mechanics working thier plus the person they assign to me try’s to be smart when he answers my questions I’m Really disappointed at that dealership😡

Worst service the “quick lane” is terrible they are so unorganized! They tell you to set up an appointment to be quicker nope! I set up an appointment to have my oil change and ac checked got here @ 7:30 am and left at 12pm with no oil change! My ac now doesn’t work! And have to come back Monday!!!! I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to this place!! Horrible horrible service!

sell cars. repair cars. I would question the Wisdom of *endorsing* certain incumbents as though you're some sort of celebrity... as the owner of 3 Ford products, you wont get a glance on the next one.

Well first reason is when i bought my used F350 Dually it had a check engine light on. When i asked the salesman he took it back to service and came back and said it was because the DEF was empty and it would reset itself after a few miles. That did not happen so i took it back and they cleared the code but it came back on. At this point i took it somewhere else and they told me the code reasons and it wasn't empty DEF. I took at back to McCombs service department and they wanted to charge me over $3k to fix it. after some d... read more
