We went here this weekend with every intention of purchasing a truck. It was not a good experience!! When the deal was presented they didn't give the full rebate amount and a whole bunch of extras were added onto the original price that was presented in the beginning. We tried unsuccessfully to purchase a Chrysler Pacifica 2017 and man oh man did they change on us! We were told to go to a different building and weren't acknowledged for almost 1 hour. First I didn't need to have a down payment then the banks wouldn't approve the APR or deal and we had to bring the van back or sign new papers with double APR and 3000 down! This has been a horrible experience. From the salesman Colton, to the rude little finance guy JoJo. Bought a used vehicle from these guys and have been waiting well over a month for them to replace the windshield. Waited three weeks to get an appointment on the weekend, when suddenly they don't do that on the weekend. Took it last week and they ordered the wrong windshield. Took it in today for a ten o'clock appointment and get a message that they over scheduled and they can't get it in until three or four. Stay far far away... read more

About a year ago I came into this location looking for a newer car. I needed help, not to have my credit snowed by 18 pulls on my credit. I'm making this to warn others. During the pandemic I've had time to go over finances and get things in place and noticed from credit karma on the dates I had looked at a car which was a year ago this time, 18 pulls. Very poor customer service. Reliable tried to give me $500 dollars for a trade in that blue book was over 4k. They finally accepted the offer. A month later, the dealership has not registered the vehicle with the state as per contract and charged me for the service. They state they do not know the password to access the system to print an extension. They are incompetent as well as con artists. Go to any other dealer, this company wants your money but after the sale, you are not worthy of callbacks or help.

My husband traded in his car back in 2018 come to find out, they didn't pay off the whole balance on that car he traded in. So, now it's on his credit report when he no longer has the car and we are unable to purchase a home. Do not go to this dealership EVER!!!!!!!!! Stay far away!!

Tbh, go someplace else! Customer Service is Bad! They don't even greet you like the AD says on TV. Horrible, the Receptionist just looked at me and didn't say a thing. THEY ARENT RELIABLE! I sat in the lobby for at least 30minutes, the sales people kept walking by and didn't say a thing. So I just decided that this isn't the place for meee. POOOR SALES, no wonder they don't meet the Quota they need.

Literally the worst car buying experience. My sales person was awesome but won't warrant Me going back. Everyone after was a nightmare to deal with. They were all snotty as if they did not want to help you every time I called I was passed around from department to department and had to call multiple times for an answer. I have bought three cars in my lifetime and this has been the worst experience. Save your money go to some other car dealership because this one is not worth it.
