Excellent would be the word I would use to describe the Collision Department at Reliable Chevrolet. Oh I wish this never happened, but dealing with these professionals was excellent! I had a written estimate and I got texts each day to tell me the progress. Work was finished 2 days ahead of time and you would never know there was a problem! I am so thankful and grateful for an excellent team!!

I recently purchased a 2018 Chevy Equinox LS from Reliable Chevrolet in Springfield, MO. I had already been to another dealership in the area and priced exactly the same vehicle. The sales team worked hard to get my business. Finance dept was professional and trouble-free. I haven't yet used the service department, so I can't rate that yet. I just bought a new Silverado 1500 Crew cab from Matt and John from Reliable Chevrolet. I love the truck, and the way I was treated by Matt and his Mgr John Ellis. It was a pleasure, with no pressure, I found the truck I wanted, It was an advertised unit so we didn't have to negotiate price. Overall it was the best experience I have had buying a new vehicle. We needed 500 mile oil change for out new Corvette. We picked our route to be near a big city at that mileage. We wanted a dealer who sells Vettes. Although Reliable has a poor rating, we found the service to be great. Fast accurate and courteous. Our rep showed us around the facility, including the coffee and donut bar.
