STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Brought my truck fort estimate and review to them first mistake. Came up with $8000.00 repair estimate and upon physical inspection all parts sprayed with oil to show failure. Not being fooled and showing their documents to another dealership they showed different pricing on all items. I would never recommend this business to anyone. The salesman who I dealt with, Daniel Smith, is a liar and should be fired. Due to being mislead, my credit score was negatively impacted. I parked at the lot and within ten seconds was approached by a salesman who asked me to come inside to help me find what I am looking for. I told him immediately that I was not looking to buy and that was instead trying to look at different models. I told him my general wants and my financial requirements. Sales guys were okay but when we sat down with the finance guy things turned south. Took him 3 time to get title ap right even after I wrote it out for him. Then he treated us like idiots when we wouldn't take all the add ons that we didn't need or want. Has held up sending us the title for 2 weeks giving time for check to clear. What's clear is they don't have a clue how long it takes for a check to clear. Wrote the check on June 19th. Cleared the 23rd. They still haven't sent the title. Horrible service, looked at a vehicle for about 20 minutes, a salesman made eye contact with me then turned around and went inside. I'll go buy my $60k truck elsewhere.
There service center goes first come first serve even if you have an appointment. Waste of time & money. Got to firestone or something for simple work like oil changes. They marked on my paper work that I was 15 minutes late; I wasn't.
I bought a 2018 SS Camaro with just 23000 miles on it from these guys in December of 2018. In less than one year, I'm on my 4th set of rear tires. Apparently the car has been in a wreck, (which did not show up on car fax) and the rear cannot be be aligned to GM specifications. I took in to a different dealer and was told this car should have never been certified, and that it is dangerous for anyone to drive it and a danger to everyone else on the road. Dropped off a vehicle for insurance repairs. Insurance decided to total out the vehicle. We opted for the lower payment and keeping the car after we were assured it would be reassembled. Get there to pick it up and it's not reassembled. And were basically told sorry for you that you got wrong information. Called to speak to a mgr and was connected to a regular employee, went thru everything with him to find out he's not a mgr and told us we'd have to pay to have it reassembled, even tho their shop assured us. When you hear people say they don't trust taking their car to be serviced because they are afraid they will be ripped off or taken advantage of, Reliable Chevrolet's service department is a great example!
