I brought my Corvette in to be serviced. I told the technician that I noticed it had two certain issues. He then says it has multiple others simply by pulling my vehicle forward six feet. They then wanted to charge me over $8,000 and didn't even address the issues I mentioned! I told them the rear passenger tire kept going low and they checked the two front ones!! This is by far the worst dealership in America. Of course, they are first to tell you that they are owned by Warren Buffett. That's about as important to me as a proctology exam. I have never felt more cheap and dirty walking on this lot looking at vehicles. You feel like you've just walked into carney row of crooked carnival games. Every lot walker is trying to get you to play their game. I promise you, I've "Experienced" Reliable, and my words of advice is to stay as far away as possible.

I am very displeased with General Motors. Apparently it is acceptable for a truck that is 4 years old to have the paint peeling off. I was told this was due to a rock chip by a GM district manager (which the auto body manager said was the response for this exact issue which he has seen too many times). On the driver side there is no chip and the paint is starting to bubble. I was told by GM customer service that there have not been any recalls on the paint and they could not help me. Hard to tell what's going on here at this dealership. The salesman was nice but the finance guy was an A-hole. Had to walk out without my vehicle. They have good prices but make up for it offering you3k less for your trade and charging an extra 1500 if you don't use Chevy finance. What should have been a 31k vehicle was now at 35k. I can't give reliable Chevrolet a rating due to the fact they were ask to check a vehicle for a recall issue. They proved to be as sorry as poop tried to charge a service charge for something they were not asked to do! Very pathetic service when they don't listen and try to charge you for their incompetent behavior. Best advice go somewhere else!

The only reason they are getting 1 star is because I have to in order to review. I bought a 2016 Dodge Charger SRT8 from Reliable on the 30th of Oct. They had to replace a headlight (which was part of the deal) that had water in it and were upset about it because, "we didn't make any money on the deal and we are upside down in it". The absolute WORST car buying experience. I wouldn't recommend Reliable Chevrolet to anyone. One star is to high. They originally sold me a car they didn't have the title to. They played games with me for a month. I finally got another car 2 weeks ago and still haven't received the missing interior pieces. I've told 3 employees about the parts and I'm told they'd order them. Lies, deceit and broken promises is all I get. The service dept is horrible. Very rude. Our fuel pump went out 6 hours from home. Over 6 hours and $1000÷ later we left in our vehicle that now smells like stale cigarettes. The serve manager never offered us a courtesy vehicle or ride to get lunch. We had to walk. Horrible attitudes but they knew we were desperate and took advantage of the situation. Buyers beware.

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business!!! They're rude to their customers and talk to them like they're a piece of crap. I bought a vehicle from them about 4 years ago. I put $1500 cash down on my vehicle a few days after the initial purchase. I have moved from Missouri to Kansas and needed my title to tag my vehicle. I called reliable to get a copy of my title.
