Was very excited to be purchasing my first car, which I paid in full cash. I traveled from St. Louis Missouri all the way out to Springfield to purchase it and was told by the manager I will get an amount taken off for deposit and the trunk wrapped to match the color of the car. The manager was in denial about wrapping my trunk and being rude about the situation. We brought in our Equinox to have fixed because it kept dying when we came to complete stops. They did 2 different things that cost us $600 without fixing the problem! We had the same issue almost immediately after we started driving the car. We brought it in hoping they'd fix the issue free of charge, or at least only charge us for the parts..well they didn't. The service department is terrible! Spent nearly 10 hours, TEN HOURS, over the course of 2 days, sitting in the waiting area, waiting on a repair that was supposed to be "just a couple of hours". The first two to three hours of my first visit was spent diagnosing the issue, which ended up being a single thermostat housing issue. The next three hours was spent fighting me, and the dealership I bought the car from, on warranty coverage. after giving this dealership a zero star review I would have excepted the service manager or the director of customer relations to call me with a settlement or a understanding of my concern, but they couldn't take the time to even do that. ZERO STARS
If I could give a -5 Stars I would! Liars! Cheats! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They will install subquality parts and then try to insinuate that you intentionally damaged the part! Terrible! Horrible!
Warning. Rant! So in December I bought a pre-certified used suv from Reliable Chevrolet. They had just gotten this Rouge in that day and it was trashed. However I liked the way it drove. After 6 hours of debating and questioning hey said that was my only option for my price range since I refused to put anything down. LIARS AND SHYSTERS This is my 2nd and last dealing with Reliable (what a joke) service. I have had my vehicle in twice for the same problem. A.C. kicking on and off, first time I was in about $750. Have given Reliable chance after chance, including getting an oil change and gasket left on and woke up the next morning too every bit of oil on my garage floor, compensation 4 oil changes. Go in to program a remote for my Mother's car and my CSR, crappiest job ever. Cannot program the remote, okay, just bring me th e car, I have been there almost an hour for a 30 min job. Well, such an unfortunate set of circumstances happen today at Reliable. Ready to buy my new Cruze today with my own money. No financing was necessary. Was getting everything in order and the salesman runs a soft credit check without me knowing or getting permission. I have to say it was very disappointing that I had been deceived by the salesman and he took it upon himself to run my credit without telling me.
