made an appointment and was assured my car would be done the same day. after arriving for the appointment was told it would take 3-6 days just to diagnosis the car and they tried renting me a car. they will try and milk every dollar out of u. Horrible
This dealership is the epitome of what is wrong with the car business. I took my car on on Friday for a routine oil change. On Monday we took it back because of various codes. The engine oil was so low it didn't register. The engine us ruined. The dealer will not make it right. Shameful and disgusting!
Where do I even start. I purchased a truck from these guys in October and it was a mess for over a month trying to get paperwork to register the truck. They gave me a 60 day tag and said I was good to go for 60 days... wrong I got charged at the DMV for registering the truck after 30 days even though they told me I had 60 days. Be careful when trading a car here and do your homework! They will offer thousands less than actual TRADE IN value. If you HAVE to have a car, and credit is a problem, then they are ok. But if you have good credit and don't need a car ASAP, go elsewhere and save thousands.
Went in hoping to get a new Traverse, I have a wife and 4 kids so 3rd row seating is a must. Best they could do was a 2016 Kia that was in "great shape". 5 seats. They don't even take anything you say into consideration, just worried about making that money. Anyway next day I check the oil, 4 quarts low. Shitty, but whatever I've heard of this happening. When we purchased our truck, we agreed to pay the $37,000 for an accident free vehicle. When the employee took the truck to fill the gas tank before we left, he damaged it. It was still drivable but it was significant damage. Reliable is fixing the truck on their dime as expected. However, the employee greatly devalued the truck by wrecking it. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I wish I could put zero stars. My friend purchased a 2017 Chevy Trax in December. After five days she started having major transmission issues. She has brought the car in 3 different times causing her to lose work hours while the company continues to hand her back a broken vehicle.
