Manny Hernandez in new cars sales is excellent. He was a no pressure salesman with a great personality. He never made my wife and I feel uncomfortable. He was real congenial and kind to us and gave us a great deal on our new Spark. Three stars is because of George in Finance. Can't just rate Manny or he would get 5 stars. George did a lot of things we came to find out when our paperwork arrived in the mail. He never gave us a quote on a service plan for oil changes that we asked for. I have to revise my review. Very helpful individual named Marc took my info and took interest in my complaint. He spent the time to track down who the person was driving the truck. Turns out it was a loaner vehicle. He won't be getting a loaner car again. So I have to say the problem is resolved. Great work! It's a shame that someone would be so careless with a vehicle that is not theirs. Thank you Marc.
We delivered our 2007 Malibu for a re-call and added some other requests to be done. Debbie and Alan went above and beyond the call of customer service duty. I will continue to use and promote Reliable Chevrolet.
Love this dealer...I drive from Mountain Home, Arkansas 2 1/2 hrs to have my car serviced her. Clean, friendly, knowledgeable.
As good as it gets. If you have a problem just talk to them they will go the extra mile to make it right.
Super nice and welcoming people but once they have your vehicle it takes forever to get a simple oil change done which could not be done in a normal lunch hour where other places could have. I was also told they thought they could have it in really quick because they wasn't very busy. Although I have had warranty work done here before and was pleased in how they kept me informed on what was going on and how soon they got the problem fixed.
I recently purchased a new vehicle for my wife. Thanks Nathan and Leo. I was completely happy with how I was treated. I also owned a MB that I purchased and had serviced at Elite, and I can tell you the service at Elite in INCREDIBLE!! Good group of people!
I've had nothing , but a great experience with Reliable as a whole. Everytime I go for an oil change Debbie is smiling, and ready to help. Jeff in sales is quick to loan me a vehicle if I can't wait. My salesman Clay always calls me on my birthday, and other holidays. The guy has never forgotten my name , and all of them treat me like an old friend.
This review is for the service department only as I never bought a vehicle from them. I had to keep returning for the same issue 3x trying to convice the service tech that there was a problem with my car. They failed to diagnose the problem two times in a row and it was only I became very insistent that there was rattling in my car from time to time, did they take their time and find that the balance shaft belt had to be replaced.
