Good experience, way over priced. I was quoted a tune up for my vehicle that was $300 more than another local mechanic. I only came to the dealership because I thought the issue was something only they could fix which was not the case in the end.

Horrible place for service! !! Do not recommend this place!! I took my truck in for service. They do not have the equipment to do alignments, they take it to Chevy dealer next door.there some shakiness in the front.. Not sure if it’s needed an alignment. My steering wheel was fine. When I left my steering was off, clearly off. Slanted at least 1/4 turn off center!! I turned around right away. Took it back. Trash i brought my truck in and they didn't even fix it. My windshield also now as a chip in the middle so thanks for that. Took it in and it came back worse
I had an appointment scheduled for 1:15 PM, but no one assisted me until around 1:30 PM. When I inquired about my wait, they informed me that I would need to wait about an hour. After waiting an hour, I checked again and was told it would just be a few more minutes. I returned at 3:00 PM and explained that I had another appointment to attend. I bought an extended warranty. It covers windshield, reams, bumper to bumper. When I went to service to get some work done I was charged for everything that was covered under the extended warranty and everyone there. Kept saying I didn't purchase it when I did.
I didn’t like how the bill said I paid for rotar resurfacing when I was told in the beginning and the service I requested was to have my rotars replaced. I had to clarify with staff that the correct work was done and it felt sketchy
It was a tacky experience overall and I didn’t like the overall vibe of the employees. No professionalism and top dollar prices is not a good combination. They handled me better at Jiffy Lube
Service was completed and noted I would wait for vehicle. They got done but didn't contact me. After 3 hours I checked and it was ready for a long while. Ramon was not available. They charged me after I said told them I was a prepaid. Waited another 15+ mins for them to correct. It but was a bit disorganized and frustrating.
