The people in the shop do great work. I would give them a 5-star rating. Kudos to Toni, Joey and Carlos in the service department. The reason for the one-star rating is because of the service department manager. This gentleman can use some customer service training. After being told my vehicle was done, I seen some lights on my dash panel. Which has happened in the past, basically the computer needed to be reset. I got to the dealership 15 mins before my scheduled oil change. I was advised it would take 1hr to 1 hr and 45 mins for an OIL CHNAGE. After an hr I had my son go check on the progress of the car. He came back to me and said it was parked facing the opposite way. Then 15 more minutes go by and I go inpatient and went to check on the progress. Very misleading in what needed to be done, not enough information given to warranty company. So had to pay out of pocket. After spending 8k you'd think my truck would've been washed. I kept having to remind Dylan of our conversations. There's alot to elaborate on.

The work was good but the fact I was charged a surcharge for using a credit card is unacceptable. I'm considering not returning to this dealer for further service.

He did not communicate I phone call when the vehicle was ready. We had questions was referred to finances. And finances had to get document from services. Back and forth we had to pick up the vehicle waited almost 3-4 hours

Service dept was GREAT! Ended up paying for a repair instead of trading car in. The sales dept wasn’t great. Did not feel like we were helped to the best of their ability. We spent 5 hours+ and still did not buy a car. I was never told the appraised amount of my trade in. I was very disappointed.
