Busted up my hubcabs. U would thin a dealer mechanic could take them off without breaking them. Left message no return call
I was treated very rude. The car is brand brand new and there has been so much money that has had to come out of my pocket. This needs to be done or I will contact an attorney.
Brandon A. Began to go over the bill and stated there is a $19.08 shop fee. That was not mentioned going over paperwork when I arrived and signed the pre-order work sheet. Horrible Service. No communication at all, I have had to call for any updates. My car has been in the service department for work for over a month now and no one can ever give me any sort of timeframe for the work to be done and they do no offer any sort of alternative transportation options, even though I have asked multiple times.
Felt deceived after purchase. My understanding of the price was obviously wrong. Should have read the paperwork more closely.
Shady business practices. Unresponsive staff. Lack of accountability. Gaming five star surveys. Promises un kept.
Advertised one price and charged another. Won't be going there again. Being sneaky is not the way to keep customers
Ethan can do better. He needs to be more patient when kids are around. His subjects are a bit off topic. If customers have a way of living, don't put it down. And if customera want to come another time. Do not tell them your off that day. I know you have commission with your buyer. Be polite. Don't complain too. I felt you really needed the money so I went with it.
I will never buy a Nissan ever again . I also will never trust Nissan with my vehicle . Unfortunately I have to take it to Nissan because of my warranty .
