First I like to thank Nick the service MGR. Thank you for going above and beyond for my family and I! Great guy, very knowledgeable and helpful for our needs! We came in for a detail on our SUV. I was not very impressed with the cleaning on interior. I have a 3rd row and they didn't even vacuum the back and attend to the 3rd row seats. The outside was okay... didn't really take the time to clean the rims and tires very well! They was a front tire that had sand over it. I think Misters would of done a better job. No parts in stock had to wait 3 days for a tire. Took 2.5 hours for a oil change and tire rotation.

I have owned my vehicle for less than 18 months. I have gotten 2 oil changes there. First one, I was told to use an additive which cost me money. And the second oil change I was told I need a transmission flush. That was a generic statement because they didn't actually check my vehicles' recommendation for getting transmission flushes which is 50,000 to 60,000 MI. Yeah the people in service get paid a lot of money but don't know a whole lot. Generally speaking.

The sales department it’s good, but the service department, it’s not that good

Horrible dealership pricing won’t ever go back. Service rider was helpful. Paid for a key and programming was first only given the fob with out a key. Had to go back and have it cut.

I paid about $200 for a reprogram after installing an AFR sensor, but no improvement was made on my vehicles fuel efficiency. Not sure what work, if any was done???

We had a bad experience the previous time because the dip stick was left out causing problems for the next several weeks with smell of gasoline and found that the mechanic left out the dip stick causing fluids to spray under the hood after we took back for service. We spoke with manager and he agreed to have next oil change and tire rotation without cost since they made that mistake. Worst service, worst technician, worst customer service, this dealer keep my car for around 5 weeks to fix a recall, now my car has more problems, just because the recall

Oil change was good but set up of computer wasn't. Had lights on that weren't before
