I bought an extended warranty. It covers windshield, reams, bumper to bumper. When I went to service to get some work done I was charged for everything that was covered under the extended warranty and everyone there. Kept saying I didn't purchase it when I did.
I didn’t like how the bill said I paid for rotar resurfacing when I was told in the beginning and the service I requested was to have my rotars replaced. I had to clarify with staff that the correct work was done and it felt sketchy
It was a tacky experience overall and I didn’t like the overall vibe of the employees. No professionalism and top dollar prices is not a good combination. They handled me better at Jiffy Lube
Service was completed and noted I would wait for vehicle. They got done but didn't contact me. After 3 hours I checked and it was ready for a long while. Ramon was not available. They charged me after I said told them I was a prepaid. Waited another 15+ mins for them to correct. It but was a bit disorganized and frustrating.
Busted up my hubcabs. U would thin a dealer mechanic could take them off without breaking them. Left message no return call
I was treated very rude. The car is brand brand new and there has been so much money that has had to come out of my pocket. This needs to be done or I will contact an attorney.
Brandon A. Began to go over the bill and stated there is a $19.08 shop fee. That was not mentioned going over paperwork when I arrived and signed the pre-order work sheet. He said it’s standard and it’s never mentioned. He brought over a manager and he said “we never tell the customers about this fee.” He said “it’s for oil”. Our vehicle didn’t need oil. Horrible Service. No communication at all, I have had to call for any updates. My car has been in the service department for work for over a month now and no one can ever give me any sort of timeframe for the work to be done and they do no offer any sort of alternative transportation options, even though I have asked multiple times.
Felt deceived after purchase. My understanding of the price was obviously wrong. Should have read the paperwork more closely.
