Bad service, they aren't finished when they say they will be. Typical slimy salesman, waited too Long and they even forgot we were coming to pick up our brand new car.

The sales person had no interest in helping someone with car buying, only promoted credit as sole concern, and was inexperienced in the business, would not recommend others to Reliable

Poor communication and customer service: ignored my calls all day, left my car sitting in the lot all day with no service despite an appointment made well in advance - car still sat overnight waiting service. Had me waiting over an hour after telling me to be there at 8 the next morning. I finally asked for my car back at 9 am without it being serviced. Going to the other dealer though it's 30 minutes away.

I purchased a 2012 Sentra on 4/26/14 . Apparently it was a car with a salvage title. I tried trading it in on 6/17/16 and found out then it had a salvage title and they would not take it in trade. I tried trading in my 2012 Juke but they were unable to find me a vehicle that fit my monthly payment. I am 4'10" and the 2016 Sentra Sedan was too big for me. Took my car in for my sensors to be replaced for an emissions test to pass on a 240SX Nissan car. 2 days later they tried charging me $2000 because they took my engine apart because my check engine all of a sudden went on. (No I did not pay this) I gave them no permission for that other than to replace sensors. I asked to speak to the manager and he couldn't give me a reason on why they took my car apart. At first, I just hated the sales side, but I have come to despise the service side, too. I would not buy another vehicle from this dealership or recommend it to anyone. They lie chronically and do not stand behind their products. The Armada I purchased is a lemon. I believe they lied about the vehicle's history and problems when I was considering it. I was planning on buying two vehicles from this dealership, since I've always been a Nissan faithful and they are conveniently located. They try really hard but at the end of the day they pull the same tricky crap dealerships are so infamous for. For example, their finance guy tries to sneak in a $2K maintenance plan on a deal for a 2014 $20K JUKE or their general sales manager changes the base price you agree upon with him by $879 on a 2014 Frontier 4WD .
