dont get paid on the same day every two weeks. My pay period are different some check are 80 some are 88,96 or 102 hour checks so my pay date differs but I do get paid every two weeks. so I never miss a payment on my stuff but sometimes it is not exactly on the payment date because of how my paychecks differ on the days and I have been dealing with a gentleman named ******* every month and every month he is incredibly nasty every month. was told i would pay the cash value if i paid within 6 months of the contract. I was double charged on my last payment and when i called the store, they continuously put me on hold or hung up the phone. called corporate to straighten everything out and corporate also disconnected the line after being put on hold for 20 minutes while they contacted the actual store. never got an answer to why i was double charged and will never do business with them again

Please stay away and I am a current customer. They lied to me and said I had 30 days to return the **BIKE. Not even 2 weeks the bike was not for me and they build it incorrect as well. Upon return they said i did not have 30 days and said the employee was new. Also they never said that once you sign the papers you own it and have to make payment no matter. They even filmed me on there phone WITH OUT MY CONSENT. The worst experience STAY AWAY AND THEY WILL LIE TO YOU.

They were very rude and very nasty attitudes, took money without my application going through and basically refusing to give me my money back when asked. I understand it takes time to put the money back in my account but after 8 days of waiting, i was spoken to like a child and was spoken to with a nasty response by the supervisor. Technically I'm a past customer and ex-employee(delivery specialist) of this company so I can confidently say this place is the worst as I've had a very eye-opening perspective of both sides of the coin.This company takes advantage of low income families by constantly calling, emailing, and texting to pressure them to make payments(sometimes on the day its due) or to always be "on rent" by pretty much begging for more and more sales, even after customers have paid off previous merchandise. They had let my mother-in-law sign her name on my account for 2 ps5s without my authorization now they want me to pay for the stuff that I didn't even sign for call them and got a little ill and they started cussing me out and refused to accept the payment
