Absolute worst place to rent anything from! I recently had surgery so Ive been out of works a few weeks, havent been able to pay and if I try to pay with something OTHER than the amount they constantly berate me and tell me its not enough! Well atleast Im trying! I received a credit in the mail of $199.92 from a ps5 I used to rent. It stated, use the credit towards the ps5 again, something else or give the credit to a friend. I have been holding off trying to do this, but this store needs very specific training and probably just needs shut down. I filed a complaint and it has been escalated over and over again and I still have not gotten a resolve. I went in to this location after receiving texts all month to get me into an agreement. Rent a center is over charging. After a couple months of paying $50 more than I was told, I asked how much it would be to pay in full for an item. The item was advertised at approximately $250. When I went to make a payment and ask how much it would be to pay for it in full, they informed me it would be $840 and some cents.

This company is not a good company to rent from if you are even one day late they call you 10 times before noon, they don't care if you have to get your vehicle fixed if they don't get their money that day they want to pick up your product, my experience is from the Jasper ******* location, tried reasoning with them but they don't care! I would give a no star rating for them but sadly I have to leave at minimum a 1 star

The management in Brooklyn keeps changin at the store. Received broken items many times that they promised to change but then tell me that since I bought it and they changed they management theres nothing they can do about it. I paid off all of my items in full over the years and all I wanted was better service. Ive been over priced and scammed from this store in Brooklyn on *********. ******* complaint ticket number with ******************* She would not give me the previous representatives name and did NOT take down a formal complaint statement to determine what happened between my mother and store manager **** ( ************************************************************). Received a broken TV and am being strong armed to pay for it as well as was lied to about contract price of items Received and treated with hostility and being harrased while waiting for dist manager to call for well over a week.

Was told after being approved online for a tv that I wasnt approved. 2 weeks later I have the same tv froze on my account pending delivery and taking my approval amount and they wont fix it
