On my last account the worker deleted my card from my account because each month there was issues processing. So they deleted my card but did not know how to put a card back on. This place is a rip off!!!!!! Paid close to 2000 dollars on a PlayStation 5!!!!! And is still harassing us over 40$. I hate this company. They think by sending muscle bound idiots to your house they are gonna scare you into paying more.

I did the Cash and Carry option at Rent a Center on ************************* **. I was given a cash price for the items I wanted to purchase. I explained to the manager that I did not want to rent the Items I wanted to purchased them with the six months same as cash option. He said it would be fine and that I was able to purchase that way. The location in ******, ** calls me 20 times before the afternoon on the day my payment is due. Then, if I answer, tells me that I only have until like 2 pm to make the payment when they don't close until 6pm. Tells me once my payment is late that the next 5 have to be on time or it's automatic pickup. I'm paying the payment either the day it's due or a day late plus a late fee. As long as I pay it why does it matter??

Discrimination and misuse of their Product agreement, will not replace or repair, as well as mistreatment because of bills from them being paid online. I wouldn't recommend anyone one to rent a center! They don't call you back and its like a game to them. What is the point of having benefits plus if the store doesn't want to make a claim!?! My mattress has rain damage from a leak in the ceiling. They wanted pictures and to come out to clean the mattress. Why would you put water on top of water and then we would have to let it dry. I purchased a E-bike from rent a center in august 2024, the brakes werent working &I was told they would be ordered & replaced asap. After months of calls, store visits ect I got nowhere & I live in ******* where nobody knows how to drive. I almost got hit on a regular basis.
