Let's start off with how unprofessional, rude and ignorant the employees are there! In the beginning they were kind, understanding and not rude. Fast forward 7 months and that's a whole new story! We have been making partial & full payments and if we couldn't make a payment, we let them know and caught them up. So not use them. They waited until I was almost paid off with my washer and dryer then I asked if I could make a double payment five days later then typical. They gave me the wrong furniture again. They did not give me the loveseat sofa and chair What they gave me was an oversize chair that is not a loveseat and its the wrong one. Its not the one in the picture. They gave me an extra small sofa. Its very tiny sofa. Its very low quality and you can clearly see they did not give me the correct cushions. I have been a rent a center customer for 3 or 4 years now . Like 6 month ago the store I use change management and employees . Since that time every time that I order a furniture online they say they dont have and offer me another model with doble of price .

There are no words to tell you how frustrated I am with this company.I was home from the ** for an undetermined amount of time and thought I would rent a bedroom set from a store that I could just send it back to when my stay was up.So the bed is delivered and I will be honest, it was a great mattress!However, the two tables that came with it were busted up and the worst quality of any due to have ever seen. White guy skinny with glasses Very rude delivery person! The first day was very rude , Forgot my mirror came back the next day asking if I wanted them to put it on like WHAT ?! Why is ********************* named as my lessor for Rent a Center? Yet at the top it say Rent A Center and not only that I asked them to pick up the furniture and I'll keep the bedroom set I waited 3 days before I left for *********** for them to come get it they never did and now they're saying that I'm 30 days behind I wouldn't have be behind had you guys picked up the furniture when I first asked my time and life doesn't stop to be waiting for you guys to come get what you own
