The associates are very rude and unprofessional. I ordered an item and it was rescheduled 4 times and they didn't even come during the scheduled time frame. They came earlier when I wasn't home and acted like it was my fault. So the next day instead of coming when they scheduled me in they literally put me at the very last of their delivery orders. I was looking to buy a washer and dryer set because going to laundry mat was pricey. So my wife and I decided to give rent a center a try. The location I purchased it from has recently closed my account had 2 payments for my 6months same as cash. Paid it off in February and now my washing machine is acting up. And I called in to see if Im covered but the stated I was not covered because I didnt purchase the extra warranty. Which I wasnt offered anything like that. I was offered a 6 dollar by weekly. If I could give rent a center a 0 star rating I would this is the absolute worst business to go through I have scoliosis and my most recent employer saw my restrictions and terminated me said they were no able to accommodate me any further yet I still hade rent a center plus and am currently fighting for disability and my local rent a center ******************************************************************************* will not show me any sympathy they want their money now this is no doubt the worst company to go through I... read more

I owe 100 dollars that will be payed today Friday March 15th when I get off work. My wife an little 5 year old girl at home as she recovers from surgery(my 5 year old). After being approved for Credit through March 17 on the day of my delivery, I was told to come get my money that I had been declined. I have asked repeatedly for a letter detailing why I was declined to no avail. I have been accused of nonsufficient funds, but I have never had an open account with **********************, I can prove from my checking account. There are no sufficient fund returns. Correction, I did rent a desk from RAC in ***********, ** in 2020 or 21. Very pleasant experience unlike the one in ******* **. I have also called RAC customer support line to no avail. I was told a regional manager would call me back. That too has not happened. I have lost all respect for the integrity of RAC. It appears this disregard for customer satisfaction reaches up to a corporate level. RAC does not stand behind their published policies.

If I could rate this store a 0, I would. Why put items on clearance that you dont have? then.. leave them there for a week or more? Besides the point; I was trying to get a laptop that was on clearance and it was a good deal. I was very interested, however, they sent me forms to sign that were not correct. I go into the store to pick up my so called laptop that was in stock (I also got on the phone to confirm this). I placed an order off a promotion that stated I was to get one month(February) free. That was not the case at all. Instead I was charged half off of half for my first week and then was I charged for the price of a NEW product not USED.My item was supposed to be NEW not USED and i received a USED product INSTEAD. Very deceitful move!!!I WANT TO MOVE FORWARD FURTHER WITH MY COMPLAINT TO BE RESOLVED!!NO STARS IF I COULD!!

Rent-A-Center is the worst and very disrespectful. I order some sofa since November they came in November did damage with ***** and on them and they told me they gonna bring me new in 2 to 4 weeks. Its been 5 1/2 months and I havent received anything Ive been making payments at the payments and still no update on my sofas. Im done Im not making another payment until I get my sofas. These people are ridiculous.
