Krystal Alexander is absolutely the best. Others should follow her lead. If there is anyone at Renters Warehouse that can top her, you should request them. She has set the bar so high, everyone else will not reach. Thanks Ms. Alexander.

WARNING: Renters Warehouse is a one of the worst companies we have dealt with in a decade. Very unprofessional. Terrible communications.No response time. No response Poor customer service. Caught them lying then played the victim. Supervisor had no authority to resolve anything. How do they stay in business? They are a true nightmare to work with. Check out FB reviews. These are skewed reviews, in exchange for for ads.

The Renters Warehouse Team was a pleasure to work with as I sought a company for renting and managing my property. The Bee Team, in particular, was incredibly helpful and attentive. This team communicated with me regarding the process from beginning to end. They advertised my property, vetted potential residents, and shared updates with me along the way. With this team, I have greater peace of mind regarding the care of my property. I recommend this company and team with no hesitation.

Olga Palmer, thank you for all your help in renting out our unit in Marietta in such a short period of time. Anyone looking for an agent to work with, call Olga. I promise you guys won't regret it. Jenise and her team at Renters Warehouse helped me find a tenant for my house. They were a pleasure to work with every step of the way. I have been a landlord for over 6 years and they found the best tenant, I have ever had. I will definitely use them again, when I need a new tenant.

If I could give -0 to this company I definitely will give them that. After I call many times to get more information about a property that I was interested in renting. I got in contact with Krystle Alexander who has no clue of what's returning a text or call is. Our furnace has been out since Thursday 1/24/19. We had a flooded crawlspace and the furnace was under at least 3-4 feet of standing water. We have only been sent a water damage person to drain it but there is still water under the house and no one to repair the pump or the furnace yet. Our understanding per Georgia law is that a rental home is uninhabitable when there is no functioning furnace and temps are below freezing, which they have been every night.
