Big Kudos to Richard's TBS and their team. We were in need of a new Hot Springs spa (our 3rd) and from the initial help in selection provided by Billy Rivers to the final installation electrical connection by Kevin, the experience was exceptionally good! We purchased a *** *******Spa and are very pleased with the entire process from selection to delivery. Kristen ******coordinated the delivery and was also available that day to make certain we were completely satisfied! The delivery crew and electrician did an excellent job setting up the spa!

My husband and I went to Richard ‘s to find our new hot tub and we’re greeted by April! She was so knowledgeable about all the details of everything in the store and made us feel 100% comfortable.
