More than just competitive, Richards provided great drafts and edited to create the exact design I wanted. Entire process from design to the build was a great experience. **** was our Project Manager and he ensured that every detail was taken care of. I now have a space that generations of family members will enjoy for years to come. We love our pool! Highly recommend to anyone looking to add a relaxing outdoor cooling spot to their landscape.

Angel, the Richards technician, provided an excellent service. He was early to arrive, nice in appearance, and extremely competent in his skills. Angel thoroughly troubleshot the hot tub issue and concluded a resolution. He followed through and brought the hot tub to full operational status. Angel then spent the time to familiarize me with salt water startup and demonstrated tub features to complete an excellent service.
