Richards TBS was very helpful throughout the entire process. We are first time pool owners and were a bit worried venturing into this new pool construction. The team work at Richard's TBS took all concerns and worries away. From the beginning, ********* assisted with the design of our pool based on what we told him we wanted. Building a new pool can be extremely stressful. Richard’s Total Backyard Solutions walked us through every step of the process. Bray made himself available throughout the entire build. ***** finally got me in a hot tub this summer! It took some time, but we loved the options and for allowing us to see all the options in person versus online. We are almost done paying it off on O% and enjoying it. Loved working with **** & the team. Great options offered. We’ve owned renovated our backyard twice since 2022.

We had problems with our Freeze Protection programming for our pool and fountains. Justin came to our home to make the repair. He was very thorough in his examination to find the problem and correct it. After making the correction, he tested the freeze function to make sure that it worked correctly, and then checked the fountains to make sure they were at a proper angle to be as efficient as possible.
