RTBS built our pool in the summer of 2020. We added the Richard's lifetime warranty to the project knowing that things can go wrong over time - and it has already paid off for us. We recently sprung a leak in our Ultra UV water sanitizer (and ozinator) unit as well as a slow leak in one of the pumps. We called RTBS and Kristen ****** handled the whole repair process like a rock star! We were in need of a new Hot Springs spa (our 3rd) and from the initial help in selection provided by Billy Rivers to the final installation electrical connection by Kevin, the experience was exceptionally good!
