***** finally got me in a hot tub this summer! It took some time, but we loved the options and for allowing us to see all the options in person versus online. We had problems with our Freeze Protection programming for our pool and fountains. Justin came to our home to make the repair. He was very thorough in his examination to find the problem and correct it. After making the correction, he tested the freeze function to make sure that it worked correctly, and then checked the fountains to make sure they were at a proper angle to be as efficient as possible. We had problems with our Freeze Protection System not working correctly. When it kicked on it would not increase past 30GPM. Because of this, our fountains would not reach the pool, which in turn led to a lower water line in the pool. Justin, who has been to our house several times, came to our home. He is always very detailed and thorough with his diagnosis and repair. He even discovered that the angle of the fountains needed adjustment as well.
