Kristen ****** is a BIG helper. She knows how to take care of customer within 48 hours. She took care if my leaking water and resurface my pool plaster. She is the best!
Big Kudos to Richard's TBS and their team. We were in need of a new Hot Springs spa (our 3rd) and from the initial help in selection provided by Billy Rivers to the final installation electrical connection by Kevin, the experience was exceptionally good! We purchased a *** *******Spa and are very pleased with the entire process from selection to delivery. Kristen ******coordinated the delivery and was also available that day to make certain we were completely satisfied! The delivery crew and electrician did an excellent job setting up the spa!
Kristen ****** did a great job coordinating the crew installing our hot tub/fence/electrician, even though Mother Nature was determined to delay the install as well as other issues that cropped up and had to be managed.
