We have had nothing short of an amazing experience with Richard's Total Backyard Solutions. Kristen Barrow, Stefan, Justin, and Angel have been fantastic! We Bought house with an existing pool and hot tub that were in need of repairs. They had e been great. The communication and follow up has been above and beyond.
I purchased a swim spa 2 years ago and have been very happy. Unfortunately we discovered some cracks in the shell, and I worked with Kristen to have the unit serviced. The spa manufacturer was reluctant to agree to a warranty claim, but Kristen worked all angles to get the unit repaired at minimal costs with some assistance from the manufacturer. Definitely appreciate the extra effort.

RTBS built our pool in the summer of 2020. We added the Richard's lifetime warranty to the project knowing that things can go wrong over time - and it has already paid off for us. We recently sprung a leak in our Ultra UV water sanitizer (and ozinator) unit as well as a slow leak in one of the pumps.
