Angel, the Richards technician, provided an excellent service. He was early to arrive, nice in appearance, and extremely competent in his skills. Angel thoroughly troubleshot the hot tub issue and concluded a resolution. He followed through and brought the hot tub to full operational status. Angel then spent the time to familiarize me with salt water startup and demonstrated tub features to complete an excellent service.

I just want to thank Kristen ****** at Richards Backyard Services at the Hwy 6 location!! I had a problem with my spa cover within 2 years of purchase - she went to bat for me with the company and got a no-cost replacement cover - that saved me a ton of money. I love the folks at this RBS location and Kristen really went the extra mile for me which I really appreciated!!
