I just want to thank Kristen ****** at Richards Backyard Services at the Hwy 6 location!! I had a problem with my spa cover within 2 years of purchase - she went to bat for me with the company and got a no-cost replacement cover - that saved me a ton of money. I love the folks at this RBS location and Kristen really went the extra mile for me which I really appreciated!!
I’m very happy with purchasing a spa from Richard’s. It’s not just a one-time transaction. The sophisticated equipment may need maintenance and tweaks over time. Kristen ****** and her service team are fantastically knowledgeable and helpful.

It was wonderful to see Kristen yesterday at the Highway 6 South store. She was part of the team that built my pool/spa almost 8 years ago.
