My husband and I went to Richard ‘s to find our new hot tub and we’re greeted by April! She was so knowledgeable about all the details of everything in the store and made us feel 100% comfortable. We left with no doubts about our purchase! She is the prime example of excellent customer service! We will definitely be back!

Since buying my hot tub from Richards in 2021, Kristen ****** has been responsive and helpful with any issues I've had-- from mice damaging the tubing to replacing a damaged cover recently, she has worked with me to get repairs done, even offering discounts to lessen the financial burden on me.
