Richard’s Pools service department has been so helpful to resolve my pool heater issues swiftly. Kristen was able to fit me in on short notice and Stefan and Everett arrived promptly and were able to accurately diagnose the issues. I appreciate everyone’s collaboration, expertise and hard work!

We purchased a hot tub through Richard’s almost 3 years ago. We are now needing some servicing done to our hot tub cover and I really want to say that Kristen ****** was PHENOMENAL.
