Kristen ****** is all about customer service. She worked with me to replace a defective handrail. She always follows through and makes the process very easy for the customer. I highly recommend her as a valuable part of their team!

I have worked with APRIL in the past and she is fantastic! Her.customer service and atte tion to details throughout our planning and executing phases was top notch. She often anticipated things we'd want and need before we even realized we'd want or need them. Cannot recommend her highly enough!

We worked with Kristi ********* on a pool quote. Kristi came out to review our house and backyard and provided some very useful information and asked great probing questions. She took a ton of pictures and then put together a beautiful pool design for us. She really listened and took into account everything that we wanted in a pool. Richards has been around for a long time, and offer a full lifetime warranty rather than the industry standard of 3 years.
