Review for RingCentral Contact Center Pros: We like that RingCentral has an extensive reporting system so that we can monitor efficiency of our call queues. Our management wanted to view realtime reports and graphs to show how our staff was working, which hours were peak hours and which hours needed more staff. Cons: So far we do not have any complaints for using the software. Initial setup wise, our call queues were fairly complicated so we had to hire a third party to setup our call queues and directory structure. We felt ... read more

Simple system that works Pros: It was easy and quick to set up. Now I can have a phone system to call internationally and also receive calls. Saves so much more time. Particularly great for me working remotely outside the countries we operate in as a business. Cons: Honestly, there's nothing to dislike until now. If I'm being extremely picky, it would probably be the fact that it gets too costly to forward calls to my country ie India. Overall: Overall, it's been great so far. I'm able to make calls without any issues.

Ring Central Pros: I like the fact that this software integrates into Windows pretty smoothly. When I click a telephone number from the web, the dialogue box prompts me to dial the number with RingCentral as opposed to other software on my machine. Cons: I'd like to have the option to automatically dial numbers rather than manually click each telephone number as I work in telecommunications and it would make my job easier. Ring Central Contact Center Pros: Its a great program for hosting meetings. We use this program 2-3 a week and the quality is good. When we have issues we are easily able to contact support team and they are friendly and helpful with an issues that arise. Cons: The only thing I would suggest is maybe offering more from the program, like more features. Good Quality Product Pros: RingCentral is used primarily as a secondary number for when I am "on the clock" or for when I am on our "emergency line." RIngCentral makes it easy to switch from one line to another. Cons: There's no automated response to texts. This would be nice for times when I'm out of the office and on vacation. There is a workaround that I was able to figure out with another program, but it would be helpful to be able to do it directly through RingCentral. Switched from Google Voice Pros: Our sales team switched from Google Voice a few weeks ago to RingCentral and it's amazing. It has a clean useful interface on the web version that I use. It makes it easy to dial out, answer, set vm greetings, send texts and more. Very please with it and the associated mobile and gmail apps. Cons: None yet, truthfully in the few weeks in use it hasn't given me a reason to be unhappy with the product at all. Overall: Super happy using this software for call and text communications.

Works when it works. Pros: I like most how this software is very close to zoom , so not hard to navigate and use. I enjoy how it asking name before entering meeting so you could change it for different purposes or multiple users. Cons: It sometimes lags and has delayed start. Overall: Worth trying and user friendly

A bit difficult to navigate Pros: I use this software for our after hours coverage line. I find that it can be difficult to navigate and set up. Each week we have to update the information to forward calls to whoever is working on after hours coverage. With each app update the app changes drastically and makes it difficult to find the different options and tools I need. Cons: I wish the app updates did not change the look/overall use of the app so drastically. I just find that it isnt the most user friendly app. Overall: Ove... read more

Wonder Phone Cloud Based System Pros: This is by far the best phone cloud based system on the market, that includes all of the features to supply the communication needs of small to large businesses Cons: The pricing is a bit on the high end of the market would be my only complaint. Overall: My overall experience has been extremely positive.
