MSP Use Case for RingCentral Pros: We both use and resell RingCentral. Our self-use is for our IT Service Desk support number and this works wonderfully. It provides us the flexibility to be out in the field and still receive calls from our clients. Good Product that Does What Is Needed Pros: The user interface is easy to navigate and can be picked up relatively quickly. Customer support is helpful Cons: Not much in the negative side. Sometimes it does run slow but note sure if it's the program or internet connectivity Overall: Easy to product to use and does what was advertised

Great System Pros: It's just so easy to use. Adding your contact is a few clicks, transferring calls is easy, conferencing is easy as well. The video calls are great quality, everything just runs smoothly, i highly recommend getting RingCentral. Cons: I really don't have any complaints about RingCentral. It might be more expensive than their competitors but you get what you pay for. Overall: I can switch mid call from my computer to my cell phone seamlessly.
Amazing Pros: The feature we fine most intriguing is the capacity for voicemail automation that captures our business name. I love that my clients can call and text our business number. Out e-fax has been the best feature because I can get faxes from anywhere. Customer service is also amazing. Cons: There is no complaint with ring central, we have enjoyed using the product. Ring Central - Easier to control the call flows Pros: It means when I'm working from home I am able to transfer calls to other employees who might also be working from home or I can forward the system to our on call staff so much easier than if I had tried to forward each phone individually. Cons: The beginning was a little difficult for set up, it takes a while to understand (Or it did for me!) but once I understood everything it was so easy to get going. Incredible Phone Management Pros: We utilize the ability to manage all our users phones and licensing form the admin portal. Uses connections are very reliable and the VoIP options help us be more mobile. The administration is easy to learn and setup. Users are able to quickly pick up how to use phones. Access your office phone from anywhere in the world with the phone App. Pros: I love that I can be anywhere and make or receive calls on the App without having to use my personal cell phone number. Cons: I honestly don't have anything negative to say about it. Overall: I've loved using Ring Central. It's easy and accessible to handle any business necessary without the need to get my personal phone number involved. Ring Central also receives faxes from my company just by using the App.
