Amazing Pros: The feature we fine most intriguing is the capacity for voicemail automation that captures our business name. I love that my clients can call and text our business number. Ring Central - Easier to control the call flows Pros: It means when I'm working from home I am able to transfer calls to other employees who might also be working from home or I can forward the system to our on call staff so much easier than if I had tried to forward each phone individually. Incredible Phone Management Pros: We utilize the ability to manage all our users phones and licensing form the admin portal. Uses connections are very reliable and the VoIP options help us be more mobile. The administration is easy to learn and setup. Users are able to quickly pick up how to use phones. Cons: I honestly don't have anything negative to say about it. Overall: I've loved using Ring Central. Pretty good... Pros: RingCentral was one of the OG softphones. What has been released works, and they don't release new features until they work (unlike some other providers).
