Amazing Pros: The feature we fine most intriguing is the capacity for voicemail automation that captures our business name. I love that my clients can call and text our business number. Ring Central - Easier to control the call flows Pros: It means when I'm working from home I am able to transfer calls to other employees who might also be working from home or I can forward the system to our on call staff so much easier than if I had tried to forward each phone individually. Cons: The beginning was a little difficult for set up, it takes a while to understand (Or it did for me!) but once I understood everything it was so easy to get going. Incredible Phone Management Pros: We utilize the ability to manage all our users phones and licensing form the admin portal. Uses connections are very reliable and the VoIP options help us be more mobile. The administration is easy to learn and setup. Users are able to quickly pick up how to use phones. Access your office phone from anywhere in the world with the phone App. Pros: I love that I can be anywhere and make or receive calls on the App without having to use my personal cell phone number. Cons: I honestly don't have anything negative to say about it. Overall: I've loved using Ring Central. It's easy and accessible to handle any business necessary without the need to get my personal phone number involved. Ring Central also receives faxes from my company just by using the App.

Pretty good... Pros: RingCentral was one of the OG softphones. What has been released works, and they don't release new features until they work (unlike some other providers). The app is robust and feature-rich. The service is reliable and pretty much foolproof on wifi. The search feature within the app is amazing... literally indexes everything. Good, if not slightly outdated, option Pros: I enjoy how easy it is to start using the software, especially if you're already experienced with other video conferencing systems. Streamlined Communication and Stellar Service Pros: We used the optional onboarding PM for our deployment to free up time with our IT Department and it was well worth the investment.
