Good from far, far from good. Pros: Initially, it looked good, and it had all the features we wanted. Signed up for it, and once we started doing testing we realized it was not a good fit for us. Cons: $4 Overall: Horrible experience. We stayed with them because we signed a contract without fully evaluating the platform. Over charge- lied about features Pros: They provide the basic features and that do okay job Cons: They overcharged me for monthly account ($87 per month) . Only have one user. They lied that you can't have a caller ID display for my business in Canada, stating Canada doesn't support CNAM. Overall: Not a good exprience at all
RingCentral - not worth it Pros: Did not like anything really about this phone service Cons: Customer service - hard to understand and always wanted you to review everything online first before calling to ask questions Overall: NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL - from trying to sign up to getting equipment and then even having to return equipment waiting for the label to return equipment to them - I couldn't send it back myself it had to be RMA and it took 2 weeks
This is THE WORSE VOIP System! Do NOT Purchase! Pros: I looked at the integration features and thought this would be the best selection to allow me to integrate with my other software. I was SADLY mistaken! They have all the bells and whistles but I've never used them because I never received installation instructions and even as I send this review, I CANNOT get anyone on the phone to help me. When your product is good, you don't need to rope people in Pros: RingCentral sales people promise functionality that doesn't exist. Cons: The workflow didn't work as promised. I asked the sales person to confirm they could do a particular flow and he promised me he could. As soon as implementation started, sales person disappeared. The tech tried to make it work but it's not exactly as promised (even though my old PBX system could do it) and the workaround he made was so complex that now I can't make any changes myself. Product doesn't work and they hold you hostage to your contract Pros: It was easy to install the out of the box phone system. Which isn't an MVP product for anyone. It's nuts and bolts without the bolts. Cons: Entire companies lack of transparency, ability to hold meetings, and overall professionalism. Overall: It literally didn't work. Sales, support, and implementation all scheduled meetings with me and didn't show up or inform me they wouldn't hold the meeting. Changed end date on contract, wouldn't let me cancel Pros: Incoming and outgoing calls worked pretty well. Cons: SErvice tiers were priced too aggressively. Overall: My big beef is that they increased my term without my agreement and wouldn't give proof.
