Review for ring central Pros: Being able to create instant task within the members and track the time frame between them for the proper management. Cons: Slow feature and bad ui in both the mobile and desktop application.
A pretty good office phone system not cost effective at all! Pros: The main things this system does well; call routing, mobile access, voicemail, call transfers. Cons: This software takes a very long time to set up and get rolled out to the team. This is not cheap and only gets more expensive over time. Their customer service is terrible. I have to search to find out anything on my own. I have tired to schedule numerous meetings with my account manager and usually don't get a reply. Great functionality...sub-par performance Pros: Multifunctioning system, somewhat user friendly. Easy to deploy. Great call logs. Cons: Very spotty reception, to say the least. Customer support is painful to deal with. Very unreliable. Overall: The call logs work great for us, as we rely on timely returns and availability. Overall service is lacking in many areas, mostly on reception and call quality.

Good from far, far from good. Pros: Initially, it looked good, and it had all the features we wanted. Signed up for it, and once we started doing testing we realized it was not a good fit for us. Cons: $4 Overall: Horrible experience. We stayed with them because we signed a contract without fully evaluating the platform. Over charge- lied about features Pros: They provide the basic features and that do okay job Cons: They overcharged me for monthly account ($87 per month) . Only have one user. They lied that you can't have a caller ID display for my business in Canada, stating Canada doesn't support CNAM. Overall: Not a good exprience at all

This is THE WORSE VOIP System! Do NOT Purchase! Pros: I looked at the integration features and thought this would be the best selection to allow me to integrate with my other software.
