texting!!! Pros: Calls are easy to make and forward to other extensions. Cons: We haven't been able to text in 3 months!!!!! Our TCR application has been jumping back and forth between being Denied and Pending. Every time we call RingCentral, they tell us they can't do anything about it except expedite the application (them expediting it is equal to us waiting 3 months to find out that it was denied for some undecipherable reason). T.MPOFU Review RING CENTRAL Pros: Nothing much really i found it less user friendly then other products like skype etc, abt more complicated. Cons: its abit to complicated to set up and not that basic, some people yes can find the set up simple but some may don't as ring central set up takes to long.
Did not like them Pros: The mobile app was easy to use but if the system did not back up the app it was all a waste of time... Cons: everything was terrible. I had to purchase a cell phone and have the number transferred to it.
i dont recommend Pros: easy to access and navigate for anyone. easy to understand Cons: expensive and it crashes some times . and there's other programs that are cheaper
A decent solution for phone and online meetings Pros: It is a great solution for phone calls. Cons: Video meetings can be frustrating to help someone download and join. It is easier for them to join on browsers.
Review for ring central Pros: Being able to create instant task within the members and track the time frame between them for the proper management. Cons: Slow feature and bad ui in both the mobile and desktop application.
A pretty good office phone system not cost effective at all! Pros: The main things this system does well; call routing, mobile access, voicemail, call transfers. Cons: This software takes a very long time to set up and get rolled out to the team. This is not cheap and only gets more expensive over time. Their customer service is terrible. Great functionality...sub-par performance Pros: Multifunctioning system, somewhat user friendly. Easy to deploy. Great call logs. Cons: Very spotty reception, to say the least. Customer support is painful to deal with. Very unreliable. Overall: The call logs work great for us, as we rely on timely returns and availability. Overall service is lacking in many areas, mostly on reception and call quality.
Stay Away Pros: They always find a way to charge you extra on your upcoming bill. Cons: Customer support is horrible. They dont have any idea about their services and always holds you on the line for no reason Overall: Just find another provider and stay away from ring central
