Ring Central has allowed us to have a centralized communication platform for calls, conferencing, screen-sharing, IVR and texting. Its not best, but okay. Can be used for callings/conference etc. Has Connectivity issues. I can its okay, but not good. I have used this for 1.5 years and did noticed some connectivity issues and also sometimes voice quality issues, might be it required high internet speed i guess. So far okay, we have good features like global meetings and conferences and also good navigations like mute, screen share etc. But i thing we have many good applications compared to this and offers best cost than this. Best global connecting/meetings application with good navigations and affordable cost We use this daily to connect with our clients and also with our internal teams who are in other work stations. Great for VoIP, not great for Video Conferencing The voice and VoIP functionality and ease of deployment is great. The messenger and mobile connectivity is very useful and fairly easy to use. The biggest downside is the lack of a well performing video conference solution. The video conferencing piece has intermittent stability issues and doesn't compete with other video conferencing solutions that are in the magic quadrant.
Great service for video conferencing and desk phones Its a great service with diverse capabilities. Their phone service has some great features like alternate number call forwarding, vacation mode. Video conferencing is another great tool which is widely used across various firms. The only complaint is that their app causes problems with mic and camera settings when using remote connection.
